Victorinox Swiss Classic 4-Inch Spear Tip, Serrated, Red Paring Knife

I use it everyday. I only had one and everyone keep using it as it was the only knife that actually cut. I bought a second one. It's sharp.

Works great for a lot of the chopping I do, especially slicing tomatoes.

I used these at the restaurant I work at for cutting up lemons and limes, good enough I had to get one for myself. Can't say anything about the edge retention but for now it cuts oranges like piss through a pile of fresh snow. The ones at work are at least 6 months old and still cut great.

I know it sounds bizarre, but I just used my knife for the first time and it glided across the potato so smoothly and so sleekly that it literally took my breath away. I immediately thought , “I need more of these knives!” So I’m back online, to order paring knives to peel potatoes. I can’t believe the quality of this knife! Granted… I’ve only used it once, but I’m old enough to know a good knife when I use one! Can’t wait to order more.

I like the red color and plastic grip fits well in the wife's hand good buy so far we will see in a couple of months after use
