So is this like a natural antibiotic?

It's more like a preventative supplement. It helps with endurance. I give it to my dogs when hunting and for field trials. I was skeptical at first but there is a noticeable difference in performance. If your dog has a serious infection and this is all you give him...it's not gonna end well.

What's the shelf life once opened? Is it better to store in a fridge?

I do not know about the shelf life, but our vet never said anything about storing in the fridge when she prescribed this.

I bought 3 bottles who is in another country. can I keep it in the freezer for 1 month?

No! It is quite stable at room temperature. Freezing might harm the product and maybe break the bottle.
