A novel clock
I love gadgets, I have to say this, and this is a gadget clock - looks different, kind of Art Decor, with a large soft button on top of the column. Press it, and it speaks clearly to tell you the time. It will do this hourly, if you wish; it will also wake you up to either beeping with the spoken time when canceled, or with a cheery cockerel crowing a few times. Not every body's choice, but for a gadget hound like me, it fits very nicely.

COCK A DOODLE DOO
My dad got this clock and now every morning I’m awoken by a staticky rooster crow. At least the sound could be a little realistic.

Works most of the time (pun intended)
This unit reports the time accurately about 85% of the day. At other times, it may interchange (or be misunderstood) 7 and 11. It also will incorrectly report the minutes at certain parts of the hour (significant error, not an inaccuracy complaint). My blind father reported this to me, and I have confirmed the error several times. I do not recommend this for a blind person who needs to have consistent accuracy. And, the standard clock attached to the side is an unnecessary consumption of space and battery power.

The clock works as described. I don't like that you have to basically set to clocks to use it the dial clock isn't needed

A blessing
Purchased for my Mother. She wouldn't be without it. Touch the top and a pleasant voice tells you the time. Wake to a rooster's crow if you wish. I liked it so well I had to get one for myself... Tells accurate time..One issue is that separate batteries are required for the digital clock/alarm and the analog clock.

Item received was defective, the analog clock doesn't work on the 2 units I received. Looks like there are no metal contacts in the battery compartment. Waste of money.

Rooster wakes me up every work day!!
I love clocks, especially fun ones, and this one is one of my favourites!!!I definitely recommend this purchase!! You'll like it, too!

crapy clock
the clock does not work. it is very cheap xonstruction, not worth..ht the price. Hey but it does talk in a very low voice.
