Highly Recommend and warrenty is a breeze
Amazing Wrenches. Highly recommend buying these. I have used them now for a couple months and put them through hard daily use. When you need them they come in handy. I was worried about buying them with there being some reviews saying that the warranty was difficult but I broke one and it was super easy talking to the seller and within 2 days I had a new one shipped to my door.

Extremely Nice "Professional Quality" Set, All at a Great Price!
Wow, this is an extremely nice set of metric wrenches!!! I'm REALLY impressed with these, and love working with em! I've already been using the SAE sister set of these wrenches and they've really impressed me, both with there quality and there toughness. This set is the same, very tough, and very high quality made wrenches, professional quality! All are ratcheting box ends (reversible with a push of a button), and instead of the cheaper point style box end, these are the spline box end, which grabs the flat side of the nut or bolt, so no problems with a nut or bolt thats previously been rounded by someone else, if it still has the flat surface intact, these will work great for you! The finish is beautiful, with a mirror polish shine, also they're strong as a mule, as I've already put my SAE set through some tough tests, and they all passed with zero problems at all. All of the interior gears and teeth are hardened steel, and all are 90 tooth geared, so you need only a little room to make progress, and I really enjoy the length of these, that allows me to use plenty of force with those rusted or stubborn nuts that don't want to come off. They do with these wrenches! The 90 tooth gearing also makes for very smooth ratcheting, these are just a pleasure to use, I love working with them. I think anybody who has an appreciation of fine tools, would love both this set and the SAE set of double box end, spline drive ratcheting (and reversible) wrenches. This is a really good price for a professional set like this, and I very highly recommend these to all who need them!

It does what it is meant to do! Excellent customer service!
This is a good product and very handy for those hard to reach area on my car. I have used this several times and i honestly can't complain about how useful they are when i needed something long and flat for those hard to reach area underneath the hood or around the engine bay area in my Toyota Solara. I just recently replaced a Rack and Pinon on my 2006 Toyota Solara SE Sport 2.4L and this ratchet (especially the 17/19mm) saved me a lot of time when it came to tightening the two big bolts holding the rack and pinion in place. I think you know what i mean if you have replaced a rack and pinion before on a Toyota Solara. This area is to tight and you need something long and flat to get to the bolt otherwise you will need to lower the frame and the stabilizer bar to get to these bolts. As for the customer service experience i had, i will rate the seller 5 stars! Excellent customer service! I was replacing my driver side knuckle/spindle the other day when the little locking pin on the side of the 17mm ratchet just fell off. I tried to put the pin back in place but i wasn't successful and the ratchet won't lock and just kept rotating. I knew it was too late for me to return the item because i had already missed the return window set by Amazon for this item. However, i decided to send the seller an email and explain to them what had happened. I was delighted a few days later when i received a FedEx package containing a brand new 17/19mm Spline Reversible Ratcheting Wrench. I am very happy that they did because this is the one i use the most. Thank you for taking care of your customers. It means a lot to me!

Worth the money for tough spots
As an auto tech I have had these for over a year but only used them a few times when I really need to get deep into a dash panel, around a steering shaft, or down in the middle of an engine compartment, or get to an exhaust nut- ie, the 5.3 Chevy exhaust manifold nut that I have no other tool for because the frame and wire harness is in the way. If you have replaced the cylinder heads on these engines you know the challenge. All the engines I have worked on so far have been fairly new so the nut wasn't completely rusted out but still I was very impressed that it tool off the nut without a problem. As Bob mentioned in another review- the wrenches will stick to the nut or bolt when they are new so they can be a bit difficult to get off the fastener after loosening. I use these wrenches very rarely but for the cost they are completely worth it and a time and knuckle saver for those tight spots where nothing else works. I think they will last a lifetime for me. I imagine they would wear out if used every day but most gear style and flex head wrenches will.

One of the best wrenches in my tool
I can't explain why. It's how they are built. These wrenches have saved me hours. I kept using my co-workers for a while and finally found them. Just buy them, trust me

Quality, but mine shipped with an issue...Read for details
While these are solid wrenches that could definitely withstand a long life in the shop, beware of possible quality control issues in your individual purchase. I'm extremely happy with the robustness and overall machining,(tactile and functional, nice polished finish) Despite all this, the 8mm's black toothed insert was loose in the package. The retaining ring that should've held the mechanism firmly together was nowhere to be found within the sealed plastic enclosure or in the cardboard shipping box, so natural assumption is it was never installed in the factory, and yet somehow made it through their quality control. It's hard to imagine it could be lost anywhere else given the difficulty it would take to remove one that was properly assembled. That said, I imagine the seller would probably handle that, if it happens to you given people's positive experiences. In my personal case, I'm impatient and handy with plenty of junk lying around, so I robbed the clip out of a broken cheapo ratcheting wrench I had lying around, and fixed the issue myself. I simply couldn't wait the time it would entail to go through replacing the incomplete unit. Seriously though, these things mean the business. While I have only just gotten them, and have yet to put them through their paces, they radiate the same sense of quality as the tool truck equivalents I used every day in life back when I was working full time at the shop. If you can catch them on sale, I wouldn't think twice to pull the trigger on a set. I do however hope you have better luck than I did with respect to quality control. I imagine I was just rather unfortunate mishap, and that it doesn't speak to the character of the company who produces them.
