Not only a worthy read, one to keep in the collection!
Amazing! I don't normally take the time to write a review but this was heartwarming and inspirational; real, raw, funny, not at all "gimick-y". She simply said "this works for me", and she wanted to share it with people. I have always admired Beth, she's stunning in so many ways and to read what she has to say, I can actually relate and it makes me feel like a normal human being. Yeah, she mentions expensive products, but never says thats necessary to get, and cheaper versions are totally acceptable to all of us on a budget. I like how she has pictures, recipes, and actual scientific data to back up why she does what she does. And she makes it so I understand it all without it making me feel stupid! So, yes! I recommend this book. For $20, Its absolutely worth the read, and it truly is inspirational without being overwhelming. Thank you, Beth! For being a real person, a successful woman, and a positive, real role model for women of all ages.

Better than Expected. Great Book for a Healthier Lifestyle.
I saw Beth on the Rachel Ray show and she was speaking of her book and how she came about writing it. I immediately went to Amazon and ordered it. I am halfway through the book. I carry with me back and forth to NYC reading it. She has amazing easy tips and her writing great. I feel like she is my girlfriend. It is not a typical "diet" book. Here she is helping you to make little changes each week for a healthier lifestyle. First week I started drinking hot water with lemon every day in the morning as soon as I woke up. She gives tons of great advice and the book has many great recipes. Five stars all the way.

I love this book. Totally caught me by surprise. Great healthy living starter book!
I actually really liked this book. This book is great for young adults. Very simple, easy recipes. Very straightforward. I like that this book is not too complicated. I know other reviewers complained about it not having enough content, but I thought it was a perfect guide for someone just getting started into healthy living. Just the perfect amount of direction.

Beth is truly down to earth into health and animal welfare. I love this book. This is a perfect addition to my library. Buy it. Don’t second guess the book or the author. It is beautifully written from the heart.

A true lifestyle approach to healthy living!
I’ve read a lot of nutrition/diet books over the years. Most recently, I’ve done a few rounds of Whole30s. I love Beth Behr’s book bc it’s such a solid and realistic approach to living your healthiest life. It’s a great way to transition into something you can maintain as a lifestyle. And her likeability is really obvious from her writing style.

This is my first review, but I had to write because this author is so adorable! I took a chance on this book because I like her show. I'm glad I did. She seems very much like a person you'd want for a friend-- and her ideas are very inspiring for those of us looking for a little push towards health. Thumbs up!

I love this book!
Amazing book! Good for the "I want to be healthy...but" person. Easy to implement into your day and she talks very realistically, not "above" you.
