Kneipp Joint & Muscle Arnica Massage Oil - 3.4 fl oz - Good for Achy Joints & Sore Muscles - Vegan

I became exposed to Kneipp oils decades ago when I was a college student in Europe. Arnica Oil is wonderful for soaking in a warm bath and being refreshed and relieved of pain in joints and muscles.Juniper Oil is better, but Kneip no longer produces it.

I have chronic back pain, and a friend/housemate of mine has been giving me backrubs relatively regularly during the pandemic. I picked this because I have had good results with arnica on bruising and other things in the past, and while I’m not sure it’s potent enough to make a difference here, the massage oil is a good consistency; it makes it easy to move along the muscles without friction on the skin, doesn’t get tacky or sticky, and lasts a while before needing to get more.I don’t think I would specifically say it’s a great arnica product, but as a general massage oil it is quite nice.

This is a great oil for sore muscles, it is deep penetrating and works very well.

I've been using this oil as a part of a weekly professional massage for several months (along with the cream and gel) to combat some bad muscle soreness. The bottle is small, but seems to last longer than you'd think. And I feel like it helps as compared to regular massage oil.

As a massage therapist, I get great results using this product on clients! I particularly use it for spot treatments (i.e. back massages). A little goes long way as far as the glide goes too, and the scent is pleasant as well. My hands benefit too while using it on clients and are not as sore or stiff at the end of the day.

It helps calm my muscle, spine, back pain and neck pain from nerve issues. I like to rub it constantly in the affected area for better results.

This product is amazing! My husband and I have had multiple surgeries and at the end of the day when everything hurts I grab this and rub it in and my pain disappears. I think it beats CBD oil, no contest. I will be reordering this as soon as it gets low. A little goes a long way. 3 drops covers a nice size area.

Was really looking forward to getting this, I suffer with a bad back. This has no arnica smell to it at all but it doesn’t seem to help with relief or help with pain what so ever. Smell is not good , it smells old so I can’t even use as body oil. I had to throw it away. I may have gotten an old bottle or something.
