These pans are fantastic. We have one that we bought a year ago and it's still doing a great job, no sticking.

Not sure why, but the texture on this pan is the best I have used for frying eggs. It also heats noticeably more evenly than most pans. I cook eggs pretty much every morning so that was immediately noticeable. The texture of the non stick surface seems to help the oil or butter I put into the pan spread under eggs better than any of the other pans that I have tried that use similar types of non stick coating. On my other pans when you break an egg into the pan the egg can run off the oiled area and onto a 'dry' area. On this pan the oil spreads better under the eggs. It is kind of hard to describe, but it works. The handle works well and does not get hot. I have not had it long enough to say anything about longevity.

This is the best set of pans I’ve ever tried. They are my go to pans. I’ve bought them as gifts for family members and they love them too. They heat up fast even on low or medium heat and retain heat well. Food doesn’t stick to these pans. I love the flat lids too because it makes storage easy. Wash by hand or dishwasher. I have pans that are a few months old and others that are 3 1/2 years old and will not buy any other pans.

Compared to the low quality and high hyped pans pumped out recently, this is one of the better ones. However, I still have ended up with scratches after only a few months.I expect cars I buy to operate in real life environments and non pristine conditions; which a few 2 inch deep potholes or typical Summer heat. I expect pans to withstand typical cooking heat and withstand normal stiring. I shouldn't have to baby these.What would Samwise Gamgee think?

They work as described and if you don't abuse them you get a few years use out of them

Love these pans. At first I thought it was a little rough on the inside. But when I cooked in them I didnt mind cause it was the outcome that mattered to me .I will buy the rest of the pieces.

Yeah they are great out of the box, but after a week they are already scratched, coating is peeling and not as non stick. Get what you pay for I guess.

So far they work great I wash by hand always so they don't get scratches.
