Great pedal at a dirt cheap price!
I found several clips on youtube which sounded crappy but one that sounded very cool so at $28.00 delivered it wasn't much of a risk although I fully expected to be reselling it on ebay within a week. Big suprise to me it was the cheapest pedal I ever bought, yet quickly became one of my favorites! The rise control does very little, just seems to give a slight more "up front" sound when cranked, so I leave it cranked. The key to this one for me is to use it subtly (ie. controls set for slower vibrato) and use it for a chorus/univibe type effect. Most youtuber's demonstrate the "wild" sounds which I generally don't use. When it's on everything just sounds "better" to my ears. It's going to push something else off my overcrowded pedalboard, because I now can't live without it! Been playing 37 years through strats, les pauls, marshall, fender seymour duncan amps & I know what I like. This is a nice sound at a dirt cheap price but it's not for everyone. research it & see if it's what you like.

Awesome sonic possibilities!
I had fairly low expectation for a ~$25 pedal, but many people said it sounded very close, if not better, than a vintage Boss VB-2. Considering I didn't want to spend 20x this pedal, I can't compare the 2 but can say it works very well. It can do subtle low-rate, low-depth to fast shimmers to ridiculous warbles. The rise knob seems to act as a reverse level control, or at least turning it up weakens the effect (which I guess is good, I might swap around the leads). Finally, a non-blue LED is used, which means it won't blind you when you try to adjust the settings. Being $25 however, the plastic case is noticeably cheaper quality and looking compared to even Behringer's $50 pedal, and the hinge is a little less stable. It will still hold up with moderate use. However, it could wear out if you plan on heavily using the latch feature (which is a momentary mode).

I love this pedal!
The sound is amazing The price is unbeatable My fender amp has a vibrato but when i move just with my pedalboard i can't use it. Boss, ibanez, dod, mxr, electro harmonix, digitech are not manufacturing vibratos (they have just vintage pedals). And other branch are expensive. I tried with all branch chorus putting down the level and putting up the depht but..its imposible to catch the just the vibrato sound. I tried with a Clone Theory (has just vibrato mode) and is a good vibrato withouth chorus but gets a dark tone, is nice but maybe you dont want this. It was anoyying some times. I buy this and i really impressed with the sound, modes, VERSATILITY, it feels like a cheap pedal but its ok i feel like i dont need to buy an expensive vibrato now : )

A keeper - I really like it
SUMMARY Great pedal, buy it, you'll probably keep it! At its price point - 5 stars. I am keeping it and it is probably going to become a permanant addition to my pedalboard. Only time will tell but I like adding some vibrato for clean sounds. It reminds me a lot of how I used to set up my Super Reverb amp. Compared to all pedals, I'd actually give it 4 stars - downgrading 1 star for the plastic case and the limited functionality of the Rise control. But I liked it so much I decided to score it "at its price point". PROS - dirt cheap at $25 for a new pedal - sounds great - does not add or subtract any frequencies or add any noise (I wish I could say the same for some $200 pedals I've tried.) - Latched/Unlatched mode -- the best feature on the pedal. I love that I can put this in unlatched mode and use it to vibrato in short bursts. - Small form factor - normal "single pedal" size - Standard power supply - 9V Center negative - runs from pedal board power or a battery - The larger foot pedal surface (compared to just a silver bullet switch) is nice for the unlatched mode use CONS - Cheap plastic case - I doubt its durability and would have preferred to pay more for a more durable case. - Latched/unlatched switch is small (hard to reach, have to bend over, can't do with a toe) - Rise control has only the most subtle impact on sound. Probably not needed on this pedal. Two larger controls for the other controls would be a better design for usability. - Like most pedals - the knobs are super small and not easily controlled with a toe, and the settings are hard to see. My favorite pedals have large knobs, well marked settings you can see from a distance, enough space between the knobs to set one without bumping another, and in the best cases, enough space, size, and durability for the knobs to be tweakable by a foot or toe bump. Suggested Redesign, "Super Vibrato" or "Vibrato II" 1) Change to a metal case 2) Lose the Rise control altogether 3) put the latched/unlatched modes on a 2nd stomp switch so you can stomp to go between modes 4) Increase the size of and space between the other two controls -- put large "foot controllable" knobs with high visibility knobs. Then again, at 25 bucks, I might just buy a 2nd one and put one in latched and one in unlatched mode. UPDATE: I've had this about a year and a half, although have not used it consistently during that time. It still works, never had any issues when I was using it weekly. The one problem that emerged on this , and both of the other 2 Behringer pedals I bought around the same time is that the back label came off when I pulled these off my pedal board. i.e. the velcro is a lot stronger than the glue bonding the label to the pedal. Find a better glue fellas! Overall I think this is worth it's relatively low price but probably would buy a better one if this was an effect I wanted to use a lot. Based on this and comparison to "all pedals" I decided to go ahead and adjust my star rating down to 4 stars.

Cheap pedals can be a great way to test different effects for guitar but some are really such poor quality you can't get a real sense of what a better quality effect would be. The Beheringer UV3300 Vibrato sounds great and the only reason I would suggest paying more is if you want a more robust enclosure because you travel a lot. For home players, this pedal is more than good enough. It doesn't add any significant noise to the chain or change the volume when it is used. I also like the fact that has 2 modes - always on or off and on only when depressed.

Happy to have added this Vibrato pedal to my rig to have something interesting to use, and at an affordable price. Especially like that you can put a 9V battery in the pedal as well for added ease and portability. Some people complain that the Behringer pedals have a plastic case instead of metal, but I have never found this a problem and have 3 plastic Behringer pedals now that have all been fine.

Brilliant pedal. I cannot see a better pedal in this price range. This combined with a Tube overdrive and a DI box gives some breath taking sweet tones. Will keep this one for long.

Technically lead players need vibratos which vary from very subtle to very rapid ones. The tremolo bar helps in this with added bends besides adding tremolos. Listen to Steve Vai or Joe Satrianni for this. Players who lack a tremolo bar would be benefited the most with this pedal. MODE switch is useful in UNLATCH and LATCH modes. I find no use of BYPASS. We can simply turn off the pedal. In UNLATCH mode the pedal comes into action only when you press it and is deactivated when not pressed. And this is why I bought it. I needed some punch in my tremolo bends at specific notes at certain time locations in my Lead play and my fingers were getting cut doing those extra bends! In LATCH mode, the pedal is engaged on first press and remains engaged unless we press it again. This is good for people who have arpeggio skills or while creating INTROs or OUTROs. Final Verdict: for any genre, for any level of player, for any guitar (semi-acoustic, ceramic pick ups or humbuckers), a must in pedal in the arsenal. Q. Has anyone achieved screaming 'squeals' or 'artificial harmonics' with this pedal? Please share. Thanks.
