Perfect for my needs
Perfect for cheek risers for scope use. I use this on my Mossberg Patriot .30-06. It is a perfect and snug fit. It comes with two pieces of foam, one for low rise, and one for high rise. The pocket is a cool little feature that may be good for a small cleaning kit, or perhaps a small dope card. Amd the velcro ammo loops are a great idea that you can easily interchange for your needs. The foam is dense, so it's easily trimmed if needed.I inserted the low rise and found it needed just a little reduction. I got my pocket knife out and made the adjustment in just a few seconds. Now, my eye aligns perfectly with my scope. It's made of neoprene, like a wetsuit, so it is durable. The only problem I found is that the hole does not align exactly perfectly for to the sling swivel studs on the Mossberg Patriot -- I had to stretch it out a little bit. But that's for the Patriot. I also tried it on my Marlin 1895 .45-70 and found the hole was perfectly placed for the sling swivel studs on that stock. I didn't try it on my Marlin 336 in .30-30, or my other rifles because it is so snug (that's a good thing) that I don't want to remove it again. But I am so pleased with this that I'll order one for each of my lever guns and give another review about the fit on those stocks.

It is soft to the cheek and can be adjusted for height. But installation is not easy.
Once installed, it works very well. Feels soft to the face, compared to a synthetic stock, the zipperd side-pouch is very handy, and it can take various thicknesses of foam to fit many scope / sight installations. In my case, I did not use either of the two pieces of foam supplied. I just needed a 1/4-inch thick foam piece... easy problem to solve... The difficulty was the installation which required the rifle to be removed from the stock and the "installation" to start at the fore-end... Just my 2ยข.

Looks good, priced right
Looks great on an old 30-06, dressed the gun up a bit and adds to the look of the gun, holds the ammo securely, and it wasn't expensive. I'd call that a win. Does go on very snuggly and I kinda turned it inside out to get it started and then just worked it on there. A little gun oil on the stock helps, if all else fails just put a little spit on it and talk sweetly to it as you're doing it. It didn't bother me that it was a tad bit snug, I wouldn't want it sliding around and fitting so loosely that it felt like it was gonna come off anyway. I liked that it had a hole in it for the gun sling too. If you're still reading and on the fence, rest assured I'm "that guy" too, but you're safe with this one.

$8 well spent. Not worth any more.
It works! I put this on a 10/22 stock and it fits good. Not great. It's a bit loose with the smaller foam insert, and is much tighter with the larger insert, and overall It's not loose enough to slip off. It doesn't move without significant "persuading". Looks pretty rickety, but for a 10/22, it puts my cheek in the perfect spot for a red dot on the rifle.

COMFY!!
SOFT & SMOOTH!! Very nice and seems to be well made. It is very comfortable on your face. It's soft unlike the ones made from the canvas type material. You have the option to switch out the included cartridge holders from rifle rounds to shotgun shells quickly and easily with the Hook & Pile (Velcro) backing. The cheek riser has two different size options, the size can be changed using the two different size foam inserts that are included. It has a hole already sewn into the bottom to accommodate a sling point if needed. It also has a nice size little pocket for small items. This stock cover is well designed and the Neoprene material seems to be of good quality! It is plenty stretchy and should fit on most rifle stocks I would think. Not a bad price either!! I would definitely recommend these to my buddies. GREAT PRODUCT!!

Perfect fit
What I liked about just seeing it on the ad, is that it wasn't bulky or having long loose straps. I bought one of the other tactical looking ones, but it was too loose with long velcro straps. I returned it bcuz all were the same. Then searched again and found this one. Fits snug if not just right. Includes two different size cheek rise foam pieces. Smooth material, No velcro to scratch cheek, has 7rd holder. However, be advised: this type must be fitted thru front of stock, which means you have to separate action from stock. Otherwise, the attempt to force it thru rear of stock may undesirably possibly stretch material, as I read from one review. It is for my SKS, so I had no problem separating the stock. I am content with it, I do recommend it, if you're not the type to be putting and removing.

Essential for Savage 64 when using a red dot, very comfortable
Very tight fit going over the Savage 62/64 rifle stock, a bit loose in the front opening once it's on the stock, but holds tight to the stock. The Savage 62/64 is a 22 LR, so I did not need the ammo loops. Very comfortable when using a red dot sight. Great $8 addition to the rifle. There are other cheek rests out there, but all cost way more than 8 bucks, require drilling, and probably don't work much better than this one.
