Zurn Wilkins 34-375XL 3/4" 375XL Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Preventer

Installed product, must pass back flow certification test where I live. Valve testing ports leaked during test, valve failed test. Dealing with return now.

We purchased the one inch and the 3/4 in units the 1 inch was put in right away and worked wonderfully. However, we had to wait over 4 1/2 months to install the second. We hired a profession plumber and they could not get it to work.They have installed many of these units and said that this one is defective. I notice on my order I can not return it for refund, I don't think that is fair because i didn't know it was defective until we installed it. I would like a refund. Thank you, Dennis
