Does a case and lens covers come with the binos?

Yes, ocular rainguards/objective covers, strap and case, lens cloth. Great binos -- super crisp and clear (8x42 was great, but I was getting blackouts from eyepieces, however, everyone's face is different). I bought the 10x42 which are just as great with a lower FOV, but still great to have the extra magnification.

What is the warranty on these binoculars?

Similar to Vortex. Lifetime, even if you drop them or damage them by accident. Send them back and they will repair of replace free of charge.
