No fuss, no muss.
I make dog tags and keychains and this UV resin is perfect for what I do! I just bought my second bottle. I used to do 2 part resin but this takes ALL the guess work out and no messes. Very little bubbles and dries clear and hard. I recommend for anyone that's doing small projects or want to get into UV resin.... love love love.

Great resin, but doesn't last long if you use as much as I do for crafts and hobbies.

Great for beginners! Yellows in sunlight...
TLDR; works well, cheap, will yellow in sunlight, a little scratch-prone, but overall a great place to start for beginners. This resin is quality stuff, gets the job done well at a low price point. The "old" formula is slightly thicker than this "new" one, but they're otherwise very similar in my experience. It will shrink slightly while curing, though depending on usage this may not affect your work at all (and all UV resin will shrink to some extent as far as I'm aware). There are two main criticisms when it comes to using this resin for jewelry or other artistic purposes: it WILL YELLOW DRAMATICALLY with consistent sun exposure. If you're careful about storing the cured resin out of direct sunlight, there won't be any yellowing, but eventually sunlight will cause it to yellow substantially (see picture, color change was noticeable after about 2 months or so sitting in a window with some direct sun, compared to Padico brand). I've used this to make jewelry and keep it out of the sunlight when stored and have no issues over a year later. So it's not necessarily a dealbreaker, but be aware!Second issue is far more minor in comparison. The resin cures hard and when fully cured it will be relatively scratch resistant. However it is nowhere near as hard as 2-part epoxy resin and will scratch with a fingernail if you put some effort into it. UV resins in general seem to scratch easier than 2pt epoxies, and this brand isn't so delicate that you can't wear it or anything as dramatic as that, but it is certainly more delicate than some other brands of resin.
