Life-flo Topical Magnesium Oil Sport Spray, 8 fl oz

I keep it on my nightstand for nightly use. 10/10 recommend for the whole family!

I have purchased this multiple times. It works great for my knee and back pain. I will continue to use it over pain meds.

It is kinda greasy but I did sleep pretty well whenever I use it - best to wear socks after if putting on your feet for sleeping

If you have sore muscles, this works great. A little bit goes a long way. Doesn’t really smell. At first seems a little sticky, but rub it in.

I have a very hard physical job as a farrier. This product has been a life saver so many times, soothing my poor back especially. I recommend it to everyone I can’t believe more people don’t know the benefits of topical magnesium especially.

The good - this product really works. I reduces the pain instantly from torn/damaged muscles and helps you relax the area The bad - be very careful, since it can burn the skin and can cause a mild rash (did both to me) I would recommend it if you need it, but use it sparingly

I've only use this product at the sensual's on my feet as a sleep aid you mix it with lavender and other oils that are sleep inducing and spray them on the bottom of your feet that helps you fall sleep I did not notice of this made me feel extra sleepy at first but I just can't say I did sleep longer than I normally do. I was thinking it would be an oil like a drive oil or something and I'm top of the skin really quickly and did not so I had to put socks on my feet so that I didn't get my sheets all oily did give my feet kind of a tingly feeling but didn't hurt and it Did not you take my skin overall so far how the product is what yo did not you take my skin overall so far how the product has worked for me I would definitely buy it again because it has had the desired effect of I want it.

It’s an absolute waste of money! Its just an oily that will leave a greasy feeling. But it shows in the bottle that it is not greasy. What a scam? Not a money back guarantee

This is a great combination of magnesium oil with the arnica. I would caution pet owners though that arnica is toxic to animals so apply in area where your pets would not be and be sure to cover up so they don't accidently ingest if they lick you.

The product is excellent, the price is exaggerated. I find another supplier half the price.
