This set of knives works very well and is an excellent value for the money and the Cuisinart brand. They are extremely sharp and work great for steaks, chops, etc. The blades are also very stiff and sturdy, wth riveted tangs that go all the way through the handle, so very high quality construction. I have been putting them in the dishwasher with no ill effects as far as I can see. I definitely can recommend these if you are looking for some decent steak knives, not sure why you would need to spend any more.

I would not call these the best steak knives I have ever used but they are well made and sturdy and do the job. I would consider this a very good buy for the price I paid.

We were serving steaks on Father’s Day and needed additional knives. I ordered these and they arrived overnight - thanks Amazon. The knives are comfortable in your hand, cut well, and are easy to use. Cleaning is a breeze. A little pricey, but worth it.

You'll notice right away as soon as you unpack these that they are excellent quality. The blades are extra thick on the top side so that they don't flex. The handles are rugged, ergonomic and well-made. The knives themselves are large, but best of all, the serrated edges are ridiculously sharp and keep their edge! I've had mine for over a year and not only are they still razor sharp, there is no fading from the handles. Highly Recommended!

These handy little knives are sharp and cut well. Just what a knife should do. I like the serration, as opposed to my other steak knives that are smooth.
