Incredible Customer Service
I received this computer very quickly and incredibly well packaged, so a great start!!! I then discovered a configuration issue which I tried to solve myself but felt there was a limit as to what I should change considering it was brand new. So I contacted the company and the customer service department responded almost immediately and the support only got better 👍👍 I have never had such amazing customer care experience like this before, after a number of messages I received a phone call which lasted over an hour and a half but by the end the issue was resolved and I have a fabulous computer. I know some people might be put of buying refurbished computers but if you are lucky enough to buy from IT Trading I’m sure you will be more than satisfied.

Excellent machine.
I had an old iMac I bought new in 2007, by 2022 it finally gave up the ghost and wouldn’t run Mac o/s properly sniff more. I ran Linux on it for just over a year and it was fine, but kept wishing it had a bigger screen, so I decided to bite the bullet and get a newer 27inch model. Can’t afford a new one so opted for this ‘2019 27 inch iMac with a decent spec. It took very little time to set up and works beautifully. Still quite expensive but a lot less than Apple prices. So far, very satisfied.

Not as expected
PC works as it should, how ever for renewed product it looks like it has been in a car crash, the aluminium stand all bent the rear of computer looks like it's been dropped more that a few times scratches etc. My understanding of a renewed was that it will look as new. Disappointed

Refurbished computer looks brand new.
Came out of the box looking brand new. Very fast delivery included in the price. I think the mouse and keyboard are new. Excellent value, very pleased this refurbished computer.

Glitches and really slow.
item not worth what I paid, less that 9 months in and it has become really slow and glitchy. Not a good purchase in my opinion.

So far so good *****
Been using about a month and can’t fault it tbh brought to replace failing Mac Book Pro and I have to say I’m impressed. I didn’t realise it even came with keypad and mouse *****

Easy set up and transfer of information
Excellent Product so far. Had the iMac 2 months and going as should. Easy set up and transfer of all info from old iMac.
