Im 120 lbs 5'5 and very tiny inside... if a super plus tampon is like.."big" to u & u can feel it uncomfortable- this is the smallest "diva cup" i could find the discs and other "bulb" or cups even labeled "xs or small" ARE NOT.. this actually is and still barely can open up inside properly bc of tightness...so ...if ur gonna spend 50$ and are a smaller size woman down there, this is the perfect size and smallest one on amazon ive found out of like 5 diff ones... the cone shape, diac shape, bulb shape...all too large way to large and ive had two kids. This is perfect and lasts for 12+ hours it stays sealed ive never leaked w this one. Recommend. Non irritating. This is hands down my favorite! I will never buy other brands after using this. WOW!In my past experience, even with the right fit, my cup would put pressure on my urethra and it would be difficult to pee when my cup was in. I have had two vaginal births and yet I chose the small because I was trying to avoid those same results even though my flow probably needed a medium or large. But the small works perfectly and does not feel like it's going to fall out in fact I don't feel it at all. There is no irritation and it is softer than any other cup I've had. I was worried that it would be difficult to remove because it does not have the same sort of hip as the other brands. But it's actually incredibly easy to remove.All in all - im in love and I think my daughter is probably going to order one for herself as well because this is hands down better than all the other brands I have ever used. This stemless cup is so quick and easy to insert and remove. And REALLY comfortable. Ill never go back to a stemmed cup or possibly any other cup. Im under 5ft but I have pretty heavy periods.
