Works very well as described
Small, very utilitarian design that accomplishes the task well. This finger splint prevents the finger its placed on from flexing. Small compact doest interfere with most hand movements with minimal bulk. Recommended if you have a trigger finger issue.

It works like a charm for trigger finger!
This little splint totally arrests my husband’s overnight trigger finger. It works perfectly and has been a game changer for his sleep. He loves it so much that we bought extras to back up and travel bag. Wonderful device!

Comfort and practical relief
It's wonderful. I wear it all the time. I ordered a second one. In case I lose it. I have a miserable trigger finger on right hand. Training my left hand to take up the slack. Great splint

Sturdy, Keeps Finger Stable, Adjustable To Fit
I’ve been developing trigger finger on multiple fingers on both hands over the past year. I have no idea why. Doctor says it’s from keeping my hands in a fisted position, probably while sleeping. I don’t agree with that. I have had steroid injections on three different occasions and they were useless. I then opted for surgery on three fingers. Now about a year later I have another trigger finger. This time I opted for physical therapy. I also decided to order this splint as trigger finger can be painful. PT is a slow process. This splint has been helpful. I have small hands so it digs into my palm a bit but I’m ok with that. It is made of good quality material and the splint part is sturdy. It’s very easy to use with a velcro closure and adjusts to fit any size finger. I wear it as much as possible during the day and all night when I sleep. I find it very helpful keeping my finger stable. I hope along with PT this will fix my trigger finger and I can avoid another surgery. I would highly recommend this product.

Works as advised. I pulled the trigger on this product.
Trying this out for only a few days. But seems to keep my finger in a neutral position with less pain. btw. I should have bought 2. I forgot I was wearing it and got some oil on it. Ordering two more today.

Ample Design Flaws -- For Banana Hands
My fourth finger sometimes freezes in a curled position, usually during sleep. I needed something to keep it from curling up at night. I bought this because it looked like the answer. Because I don't have a traditional trigger finger, I needed the velcro strap placed on my finger between the PIP and DIP joints, not at the base of the finger. The problem is that this sort of works, but leaves the other end of the splint moving loosely in my palm. What would make it work perfectly for me is an additional strip of velcro (not sewn on) that one could place further down the splint where needed. Other than that, the entire design of this item seems to have been deliberately "bulked up" to account for the high cost. The splint itself is fine; it's the part that straps on that has been overthought. All that is needed here is a simple velcro strap. Instead, its attachment to the actual splint is way too thick, stiff and inflexible, so that it does not conform comfortably to the finger. It is very stiff, with excessive bulk. Added to that, the strap works by passing through a large, stiff loop and folding back on itself. Besides not conforming to the finger, it has too much extraneous material between the fingers. Not something I could wear for any length of time and certainly couldn't sleep with it. Bad, ridiculously expensive design. I was doing much better with a popsicle stick and sports tape. I want to return this item, but I can probably alter it by removing the bulk and reattaching just the velcro strap, as it should have been. Would recommend you look elsewhere, unless you have banana hands. UPDATE: Decided not to return. Instead, reworked it by removing excess bulk, stiff edge on one side and the stiff loop. Reattached velcro strap (in reverse). Then I made a separate velcro strap to add where needed. Way more comfortable and something I can sleep with. NOTE: I submitted these photos in a specific order so they would make sense, but Amazon saw fit to jumble them up. WHY? Now they don't fit with the review. #1 should be 2; #2 should be 4; #3 should be 1; #4 should be 3. WHY do they do this? Weird: They are in correct order on my phone except the bottom is chopped off (???)
