These bearing felt rugged and up to the job. Unfortunately, my spider spindle was broken and no longer available, so the bearing were installed, but never used. I would caution that the installation of these bearings seem fairly straightforward but beware. If the bearings are not installed correctly, not flush and square, the drum will rotate incorrectly and cause the bearings to go out quickly.

Worked like a charm. Direct replacement for the Kenmore HE4 bearing. Note that to replace the bearings require lots of disassembling of the washing machine including the tub.

Very easy to work with and size accurate

I was having a hard time finding the bearing kit for my washer, a Kenmore Elite 5HT. I found the phone number from the suppliers website, someone answered the phone and helped me. I gave the supplier the bearing part numbers and the seal outer and inner dimensions.Everything that come in was correct and fit my washer. I was very pleased that I was able to reach a real person and they helped me get the correct parts. Quality replacement bearings made in Taiwan....NOT CHINA...

I'm leaving a bad review of this product due to its short lifespan. I purchased this product and did the install in October 2017 and now 2 years later the bearing have failed and this job needs to be done again. I would not recommend this product -- its too much work to replace the bearing for only 2 years of service. My original bearings lasted 14 years by comparison.

Does not fit he3t like stated. The larger (inside) bearing that comes out of the he3t is the size of the small bearing that comes in this kit. Then the smaller (outside) bearing is even smaller.Does not fit all models as stated

Replaced the old bearings with these a few months back. Old ones had disintegrated and were growling like a tank. So far they are quiet and smooth. Install was interesting and took a day due to old bearing race firmly seizing onto the drum spindle and requiring a bit of penetrating oil and convincing to remove. I's be able to do the replacement in a couple of hours now.
