Perfect spare camera mount for my BeFree tripod. They fit exactly as expected. Now I can keep one attached to my harness at all times and keep these two in my studio.

Works as intended. If you need this adapter to change base & lock up ability of spotting scope, this device works & fits as intended. Would buy again if I lost current item.

This fits and works well with my Monfrotto tripod.

The release is a good fit but one of my cameras is feeling a little loose atop the tripod. I think I’ll have to add something beneath the release to thicken the padding.

Works as advertised

I had previously given my digital camera away, and hadn't noticed the tripod mount was still attached to the camera. I kept the Manfrotto tripod due to its quality construction, but couldn't use it without a mount. This mounts is well-made, fits my tripod perfectly, and the set of two lets me use both a camera and another device, such as a telescope or spotting scope, with my tripod. Very pleased with value of purchase.

Fit is great

This part is smaller than the one I needed, by about 1mm in one dimension and something less in the other. As a result, it doesn't tighten in the mount, and will rattle. Not usable. Not worth returning. I'm not sure if it's just a poorly manufactured pair of parts or if this particular part that isn't compatible with my tripod (MKCOMPACT ADV-BK). I ordered another from Amazon and was much more careful of seeing my tripod model listed as MKCOMPACT ADV compatable and those mounts work well. The products and images looked identical. The parts that work look much better finished, crisp anodized vs thick paint.
