Good food!
The food arrived well packaged and frozen. It's good to me. Better than the dry meals that you have to add water to. Very yummy but small portions. Be careful of the dry ice! It's not in a packet to protect your hands and it really hurts if you touch it for even a second! I did by accident and it felt like a burn! Now, an odd thing is that a few of the desserts were Jenny Craig brand, so I don't know how that happened. They look yummy so I don't mind. 😋

Not impressed with the food. The "wraps" were kind of tasteless. Didn't end up eating a lot of it.

UNBELIEVABLE!! NOT IN A GOOD WAY!!
I have eaten many "diet" foods. I have eaten many "low carb" foods - which tend to have less flavor and unusual texture, ... But this is beyond the pale my friend!! Not one of the meals/snacks are edible!! Most of them ended up in the trash. How anyone can eat this stuff is a puzzle to me!! And for this kind of money??? Are you kidding me??? PASS!!!!

Works well but you will be hungry. Stick to the plan and you will lose weight.
