Great Addition to the Home Gym
I attached mine to a “grab bar” securely attached to the wall… 16” to 18” from the floor… and use to stretch legs and lower back while keeping the hip joints under load… very effective in helping keep the hip joints flexible… and eliminating low back issues

Solid but lets hope they last.
So far so good. Putting these things to work. Noticed some minor striations and discoloring as I've been using the bands. I'm definitely not pulling to a breaking point but it does seem like the bands are displaying weak points and will eventually dry out in those spots beyond another few months to a year. Fingers crossed on that.

A little pricey but high quality & effective.
I ordered both a full set and a number of miscellaneous bands to pair with the Grip It kit (handles). For those that don’t know, TRX is a legitimate commercial brand used in many health clubs across the US. My suspicion is that most of their manufacturing (at least of bands & balls) happens in China, but the quality is good and you tend to get what you pay for.These bands + TRX Grip It Kit + Muscle Kik Wall Anchors = A $8,000 Free Motion / Dual Cable Cross Machine (at a substantially lower price in dollars and square feet).While maybe a bit pricier than some other bands, I’m happy with the quality & value. For a mild premium, the TRX brand gives me peace of mind for equipment being used by the rest of the family.

Good! Appear to be made in the USA.
Many of the vendors selling these bands are using the cheaper latex found on the application distributed by Amazon's Chinese competitor. These bands are the original made in the USA or minimally a much higher quality. You may ask yourself what do you mean higher quality? The elasticity of the band when you put the band under a fair amount of tension. The Bands I mentioned above do not have the stretch capacityunder tension. This reveals how inexpensive the latex is. These bands are consistent under tension once you get to a point where the tension is high. Bottom line they're worth the money.
