I’ve recently started going to the gym to get into better shape but my joints are showing their age. I was recommended to try Boswellia and google led me to a number of products. I was drawn to the True Veda brand after noticing the awards that the company had acquired and the emphasis on natural and pure products. I was looking for Gluten free, nothing artificial and organic and the more I read about the product the more boxes it ticked for me so I ordered it. Delivery was fast and I was reassured to see a total of 4 safety seals on the packaging. One top and bottom of the box, an outer cap seal and an inner lid seal. Very reassuring in these days of online selling. The product had over a years use by date on which is well beyond the actual Daily use of the 60 capsules in the bottle. So after taking the capsules for a few weeks now I’m starting to feel less creaky. I don’t feel as stiff the day after a gym session and my flexibility and range of motion is getting better. I’d totally recommend giving this True Veda Boswellia a try.

As an advocate for body, mind and spirit nourishment and care I’m an avid though gentle exerciser and kept on my toes with two bright and sporty boys as such I’m aware of protecting my joints. I’m not a herbalist though I note these are vegan and there is most definitely a fast acting and effective anti inflammatory agent as even after a few hours of fairly heavy duty gardening with a strimmer and hedge cutter there were no complaints from my joints. Top tip : Whilst fairly slick to swallow capsule and a very fine powder substance it was my personal preference to open the capsules and add to my juice, shake or smoothie. This may be appropriate for some. Trialling the Organic Boswellia Serrata Capsules has inspired my curiosity about the Ayurvedic approach to health and well-being. I can see how this type of remedy could easily become part of a more holistic approach to treating ailments and preventative body care.

I ordered these because I saw there had been a study about the positive impact of the product on amyloids. I have severe knee pain as was hoping that these would help after a week or two. I haven't noticed any difference yet but will keep taking them because it could be helping with other amyloid deposits. I like that it's an organic product but it is a little pricey when I'm not feeling a noticeable difference.

I’ve been taking this product for a week now and I can already feel the benefits so I am thrilled. The packaging comes with a void sticker on both ends, and a seal under the lid to ensure a tamper free experience. It’s a lovely glass bottle with a metal lid unlike other supplements, making it feel like a premium product. The capsules are easy to swallow with a little bit of water, and I feel like my joints are less achy after a week or so of taking these.

I use this Boswellia to help manage my elderly dog's arthritic pain. It seems to be helping her. I usually like this brand but there's an annoying label on the top of each bottle saying you can claim the next bottle free. When you bother to put your details in and go through all the steps you end up at a page that doesn't offer a further bottle of Boswellia, only other products that I don't use or need. That's a bit of a misleading marketing ploy, in my opinion, and would be enough to put me off buying from this company again. Shame.

So I’ve noticed that since turning 32 I’ve become so achy especially in my knees and lower back, but I was introduced to this by my good friend and albeit I was kinda skeptical about trying them but it actually works wonders for my back and knees when climbing up or down my stairs! I would highly recommend this to anyone who has joint pains 10/10.

Wow, I can't seem to find any bad side effects online about taking boswellia serrata. And this product is organic. I'm taking it with turmeric also, and am excited to see if it helps with my back pain, as many claim. The pills are easy to swallow, and the packaging is very nice. Seems like an outstanding product! A little pricey but worth it for organic!

After 3 days (6 capsules) my shoulder muscles and joints are improved. The True Veda company is very impressive all around. The packaging the information provided and overall attention to detail shows they are world class suppliers. I appreciate Alpa and Ash and the effort they have put into their company. Nice surprise bonus of a discount on next purchase too. So I’m going to make sure I don’t run out and order again tonight. I very pleased with my purchase. My co worker is probably going to place an order too.

I had originally bought this to help regulate my BP. Not really sure if it actually did since I started a prescription soon after. However, I did notice that I had alot less aches and pains throughout my body while talking this supplement and my mental clarity and focus was quite noticeable. I did have to stop taking it in the evening because I couldn't sleep well because my brain was very active. But works great when I take it in the morning. For reference...I seldom ever use any caffeine because it makes me too jittery. I don't get that at all with this product. It's really great!!!
