does what it is supposed to
We just purchased and needed to try it right away. It was east to warm up the wax, apply and remove. I will suggest to first pull the dried up wax away from the skin on your outer nostril then pull to removed the inner wax full of hair. My daughter tried it with me and she was ok with the process as well. very easy to use!

Smells like bananas
I would have given this five stars, but it smells like artificial bananas (yes, not even real ones - yes, you know the smell - yes, you are imagining it right now), and that’s not what I want to be putting in my nose.
