I was initially a bit skeptical about the customer support because I read that it was based in China before I made my purchase. However, my concerns were unfounded. They respond very quickly within their time zone and are incredibly helpful in resolving any issues. I had two minor issues that were more due to my own lack of experience than any fault with the machine, and they guided me through them effortlessly.I highly recommend this machine to anyone starting a business. Given its quality and price point, it's also a great option for established embroidery shops. While it may not be exactly the same as a high-end Tajima or Toyota machine, it certainly gets the job done with good quality at a significantly more affordable price.Highly recommended

I am new to embroidery. I ordered this embroidery machine a year ago and i am glad i did. I used it for a little while and loved it. The machine was delivered on time. Setup was easy. Leo is the person I have talked with. He is great. He answered every question I had. He has been so helpful. Some life stuff happened and i had not used it for a while. I recently started using my embroidery machine again. The machine has been great. The only thing I was having trouble with was connecting to the wifi. I contacted Leo again and he walked me through an upgrade and it worked. Leo has always responded and answered my question. I am so happy with the embroidery machine.
