Great rechargeable battery for my ADT security panel. Had to replace the battery twice in a year and this battery will allow me to charge and re-use. Had it for about a month so far without a problem. Comes with a charging cable.

Replacement of existing back-up battery

The instructions did not clearly include how to connect the charger to the battery. The battery had two sets of wires. Of course, I chose the wrong one and charged it overnight without any change. The light on the charger stayed red for 24 hrs. When I connected it to the correct wires, there was a blinking red light, that went off as soon as it was charged. I also had to figure out how to connect the charger to the wall AC unitby unplugging the end on my cell charger and connecting it to this. Senior citizens need a little more instruction. Thank you. Otherwise, it was great.

I used this as a replacement battery for our adt security panel. I charged it first using the usb charger that came with it in the package and as suggested in the user manual. 24 hrs had past and the low batt symbol is still on. I feel that i just wasted my money.
