I bought 2 of these, one for each dog. I chose the silicone for durability, as we get a lot of rain here. Both my dogs are microchipped, but I wanted anyone who has a phone to be able to read the details of my pups. The setup was easy, and the description fields allowed me to add details such as "vaccinated" and "neutered." Super easy to update the descriptions and photos as well. One registration covered both dogs. EASY and CONVENIENT. Stuff happens, and these tags give me a better peace of mind about the welfare of my boys. A feature I really like is that if someone scans the tag, I receive a text notification. I tested all of of these things, and all the features worked perfectly as described. So happy to have found this product.

Very pleased with this tag! It was extremely easy to set up online. I ordered the white with black lettering and it is a very nice tag. Very easy to read. Not too big and not too small. I like the fact that when you set up the information for the bar code on the back, that you can add additional details about your pet including their photo! We tested the bar code with another phone and it sent a notification along with information on where my pet was located. Comes with 2 rings to attach to pets collar or harness. I would buy this again.

I love being able to personalize his collars tags. You can put your pets temperament, personality traits, and basic information as well as contact information in case they run off. The price was worth it it’s the size of any normal tag, lots of colors and the quality is amazing. The QR scan works!

Seller kindly replaced the rubber version as my dog broke off and ate the rubber one within hours of putting it on

I purchased this lightweight rubber dog tag for my very energetic husky boy, hoping for a low-noise, durable identification option. The price was affordable, and I thought it would be a great backup in case he ever ran off. My husky is a runner—he actually wandered onto state property where I work, and after animal control and the shelter couldn’t locate his owner, we adopted him. Now that he is microchipped, this tag was supposed to be a quick, easy way to ensure reunification and provide peace of mind to my family. Unfortunately, this product is completely useless due to a typo in the contact number attached to the QR code—just one digit off, but that one mistake means that if he gets lost, no one will be able to reach us. When I contacted the seller, I was shocked by their response. They refused to correct the issue, claiming it was my mistake, and offered no resolution beyond expecting me to repurchase the tag. If a simple typo happens, they expect you to just buy another one, no matter how many times—there’s no room for error, no review process, and no customer support. This is an incredibly predatory policy, especially for a product that serves a functional purpose, not just decoration. I now have to find another company, reorder, and wait again for customization and shipping, which is an inconvenience that could have been avoided with even the most basic level of customer service. If you’re considering buying from this seller, don’t. There are better companies that offer a proofing process or at least acknowledge that mistakes happen. If you want an identification tag you can trust, shop elsewhere—you’ll save yourself frustration, wasted money, and the risk of being stuck with a useless product.

Easy to set up and vibrant color!!

Love these tags -- this is the second one we have ordered. Easy to set up and they last a long time without the print fading or rubbing off. The best part about it is that when the QR codes are scanned, the location of the tag is automatically emailed to the owner. It's a great value and service!

I bought this tag knowing that delivery would take up to 4 weeks. It arrived (from China) in under a week, so initial impressions are very good. The tag is good quality silicone, so no more jangling collars! It comes in a little jewellery pouch, with 2 attachment rings of different sizes. The print and QR code are very clear, only time will tell whether the print will rub off, so I'll update in a few months. Scanning the code brought me to a website where it was easy to set up an account and input photos and information. One can then preview the tag appearance before saving info. Although I had entered some information in the 'about me' tag section, it did not appear on the scan, so I contacted the support team by email. I had an instant response, and within a few hours the problem was sorted. My sister scanned the code in a different part of the country, with her location turned off, and I still received a scan approx location within 10 km of her. So, 5 stars for product and support. My only real concern is that, on inputting full address, anyone who scans the tag obtains our phone numbers and exact Google location of home, including photo, TMI! So, changed to general area location.

It takes about 4 weeks. However I will admit that it is well worth the wait because it's an excellent zero noise rubber dog tag. Each tag comes with a large ring and a small ring. Use as needed It isn't just a piece of rubber with a sticker on it. The actual rubber has embedded white print right on the tag. It's completely rubbery and no sticker. Very durable and water proof. I will say the only thing that will probably corrode is the actual metal key rings that are included. But those are easily replaceable. When you first get your tag you have to create an account using Facebook Gmail or just an email. You scan the tag and add it to your account and add your dog's photos and any additional contact information you would like people to know if they find your dog. Each tag is unique which means that if you purchase two or three tags then each tag needs to be set up. Once you are in your account you'll see all two or three or more tags associated to your account. If all the tags are for one dog you can actually clone it to each tag but again, each tag is unique. Obviously this is great if you have more than one dog. This is the best tag I've purchased for my dog because it is silent and doesn't jangle. It has very clear print. And the QR code is a really nice touch. If you're not really into air tags and you just want something low Tech and effective then this is going to work out well for you. I hope this helps.
