Supurb product. The earlier one I purchased was a cheaper brand and it was loud, leaked and shook. This Hamiliton Beach Baby is NOT loud. Solid standing. It also delivers a tailored gind. We are happy with this product

I couldn’t be happier. This was my third attempt at getting an inexpensive coffee grinder. Two others went back, this one is not only a keeper, It’s exceeded my expectations by far, and at a surprisingly low price. It has a deep well in which to put beans, almost 3 times the size of any other compact grinder, all three of which I sent back because they could barely grind enough for 3 cups. This one can easily grind for up to 14 cups at once. There are 5 settings from fine all the way to course grinding. Then you select the amount of beans you’re grinding. And it’s all automatic from there, one button and watch it work. It automatically turns off when it’s done. The Coarse to medium to fine actually sets the speed of the grinder, and the number of cups you select automatically sets a timer. If that seems impossibly simple, I’m telling you it works incredibly well. I’ve already tried varying amounts of beans and settings from course to fine, and the thing performs flawlessly, gave me exactly what I wanted. It really blew my mind. It’s also the first kitchen appliance where the claim of “hidden cord is “is actually true. It’s super clever, the base easily pops straight down one inch and you wind the cord around the inside, then close the base and the thing is all tidy. The cord is truly out of sight. The ability to clean is excellent, the grinding chamber comes out with a twist and a lift, and can be cleaned with soapy water. It can also be used for spices, although I haven’t tried it, but with the multitude of settings I’m sure it’s excellent. This one’s a winner.

We have bought this same grinder twice. It works great, it's compact, it is everything we need. We use it every day. The problem is it breaks in less than a year. The plastic lid with the lock breaks and therefore, the motor will not activate. It's really too bad that this one design flaw causes such an issue. I wish Hamilton Beach would correct this. Maybe make the sides of the lid and locking mechanism metal.

This one has everything I need, I ordered one knowing the last Hamilton Beach grinder I had, which is no longer available I guess, lasted a long time. Unfortunately this model didn't last. The coupler that connects the blade to the motor stripped out and the blade stopped turning. I notified Hamilton Beach and they informed me that the grinder was covered by a limited warranty and they would provide a replacement. I found that the limited portion of the warranty meant that I would have to cover shipping costs, of around $16. Today the coupler of the replacement gave out and I am without a grinder again. I tried filling the grinder up about half as full as I did with the first one, but that didn't make a difference. Not sure why they claim it has a larger capacity if the Achilles heel of the machine fails if you put more than 3 tablespoonsful of beans in the cup at a time.

This is a great coffee grinder. I like that you set it to whichever cofffee grind you want and quantity. you place beans in it and push the button. It does the work for you. No more taking the lid off to check grind and having to grind again. no more holding the button and guessing if grind is appropriate. This takes the guesswork out of it. Have had it for a few months and its been used daily. No faults to report.

Excellent to grind coffee. So far, it's still running great. The compact design makes it an ease to put away in my cabinet. Find this grinder quite practical.

This coffee grinder is terrific. It is adjustable in terms of grind and cup amount. Adjustments are easily made. Also easy to clean and comes with a brush. I was happy with the quality of the product for the price.

Super simple operation; you set your grind level and coffee bean quantity then simply press the on button. The grinder does the rest and the results are consistent. Unlock the cover, open and free the receptable with a small twist then pour into your coffee machine. Reset everything and it is ready for next time. The noise is as expected for this type of device, not too loud but still there. Only 2 things to consider. One on your first operation open the grinder for a while so it catches your ambient temp/humidity otherwise if too dry the grinder coffee will stick to the cover. But that only happened on first grind. The second is the marker for aligning the cover is in the back, it would have been better in front but once you get used to centering the notch when closing it then it work alright.

Great coffee grinder. Bottom of grinder opens slightly so the cord can neatly be put away for storage. A good variety of grind options and very user friendly. Select the grind size, the amount in the grinder, push the button and the rest is done. The only thing is you have to hold the lid top on while it’s grinding as the grinding motion unlocks the lid and stops the grinding.
