Joint surgery no longer needed.
Once I figured out how to adjust the fit around my arthritic finger joints, I absolutely LOVE these splints. No surgery necessary. In the joint nearest the fingernail, middle finger, of my left hand, I had a “mucous cyst”.Surgery was scheduled. The day of surgery - no cyst-it had deflated on it’s own.The surgeon told me to immobilize/splint both joints in that the finger for at least 3 weeks. It was very awkward using the metal/blue foam padded finger splint available at local drug stores. So I started shopping around.Found these little gems online & looked for them on Amazon. My inside/1st splint is a size 8andThe outside/covering/2nd splint is a size 9.I have big hands for a woman. It is MUCH more comfortable than the awkward blue foam padded full wrap around aluminum splint available at local drug stores. At this point, it’s just another part of my daily routine.Yes, I sleep with it on.The only time it is removed is when I am bathing, because they will slip around/off.I have minimal pain if the joint is moved without the splints on, so it’s simply easier to live with them as a new part of me, instead of (no guarantee of full pain relief) surgery to fuse the joint.

too small
It's seems crazy that you have to purchase a $35 sample pack so you can decide what size you actually need. Seems to me you could offer a measurement chart so we could get a more accurate idea of what size to order without buying that $35 pack of all different sizes.

THEY POP OFF TOO EASILY
Got the 8-9-10 package and the 9 was perfect (and was what the flex tape measure suggested). The other two would not fit. When the 9 popped off while working, I didn't even notice it. Never found it again. They should make package of 3 all the same size, but this packaging way they make three times the money.

Best thing I have had
This worked best for keeping my trigger finger straight and not locking up... It's all plastic, so it is easyto use when washing your hands, not like the fabric splints.. I would buy them again.... and have!!

Good but not 100% great, preferred another type
Tried three products for trigger finger. This is a clever splint and is comfortable. The three pack alllows you to get a good fit. While not costly, its way more expensive than the others I tried and must cost about 50 cents to make, but thats how we make money in medical devices. . It was not as good at keeping my finger as straight as I wanted as it allows a slight bend. I preferred another splint that is cheaper and provides two instead of just one.

Great
After years of making braces out of pop cycle sticks. These are great I can wear them most of the day. They are the same color as my skin, I really like to get a glimpse of my hands and see my fingers are almost straight.

Absolutely THE BEST brace I've ever used.
Absolutely the best brace I've ever used. Non invasive, lightweight, sturdy, plastic so it can get wet from handwashing and be dried easily when drying hands. The fit is perfect, can be doubled up with one of the extra pieces that comes with it for extra support on bad days.Just all around ABSOLUTELY worth the little bit of extra price over other cloth braces. Highly recommended
