I received the product today, which I was looking forward to. I did not see a way to contact the seller directly to report that the cap was cracked and the Tamari leaked out. I did get to taste the little that was left in the bottle, but since it is not eligible for return, I am forced to write a review to let the company know the cap was cracked and they may want to research a new cap since I see it has happened previously.The taste of what was left of the Tamari was really good and the Soy tasted great also.UPDATEThe company reached out to me and replaced the order, which I greatly appreciated. Since my only issue with the product was the broken cap, I am very happy to have received a replacement and I do enjoy the flavor of both the Tamari and the Soy Sauce. Thank you

I was expecting this to be a little bit more distinct from grocery store soy sauce.

While the price point might scare off some buyers, you get what you pay for here. Both the temari and soy sauce are extremely high quality and will outclass nearly any grocery store brand. While you would likely be able to find some comparable options at a specialty store, the Momofuku brand is widely available, reliable, and transparent in their production. A great buy for anyone looking to upgrade some of their pantry essentials.

Until you try Momufuku's restaurant-quality soy sauce, you may find it hard to imagine that such a humble ingredient can make so much difference to your food. Trust me - even with supermarket sushi, the flavor boost is amazing!It's expensive, but (so far) worth it. I'd give 4.5 stars on value for money right now if the system allowed. Waiting to see how the quality holds up over time because our two-person household will not use soy sauce at the rate it would be used in an Asian restaurant. If it's good to the last drop, I'll update with 5 stars across the board.

Momofuko soy sauce is the best. I was unable to use the product because the safety seal was broken on both bottles.
