Upstreman 3.2 Cu.Ft Mini Fridge with Freezer, Double Door Mini Fridge, Adjustable Thermostat, Mini Refrigerator for Dorm, Office, Bedroom, Black-BD321

Had purchased this back in June of last year for my daughter to use in her dorm at OSU, just right out of a year the item quit working and was very hot to the touch, found that the compressor had seized up and was to the point of being a burning unit. Not expecting anything I reached out to the company via Amazon's link. I had explained the situation and after speaking with Wendy, what the company offered was unreal in the good way. They had me take pictures of the the back and I sent it in and they sent out a replacement unit right away, it had arrived sooner than expected and drove it up to my daughters dorm where it is now keeping her items nice a cool. Being outside of the warranty and a company that stands behind their product, will be shopping with them again...

This fridge fits all my needs. Hold all my drinks cold and has a separate freezer to hold ice cream and make my drinks ice cold when I want them. Excellent customer service which I believe is so important like a product like this. Definitely recommend this fridge but especially because of the customer service. My third mini fridge but this one is by far the best. I’m super satisfied. :)

I've read some comments about the fridge arriving damaged. They must have improved it because it was well protected. Was concerned that the given dimensions might have been off but they were right on. Mine is used as an undercounter installation. Nice size freezer. Just a nice refrigerator all around.

I received earlier than delivery date and as others have stated it was a dent in the side. I wonder how this is happening because it was packaged pretty well. (I thought ) I have not reached out to the manufacturer as of yet waiting to see in the next week or so how it works. It’s day two and so far dent isn’t effecting the functionality. I will keep if it continues despite dent, although would rather it didn’t have it cosmetically.

This is a company that stands by their product and has the best customer service! Was having issues with item, I immediately contacted customer service and their response was quick. We ran through some “trouble shooting” and still item was not working.Within two weeks I received the replacement, which is working like a charm. Could not be any happier with my purchase.

I love my mini fridgerator!! It is nice in my bedroom, cool drinks, popsicles, great snack you can store. Nice purchase!!

This fridge was delivered and the fridge was FILTHY on the inside and out. In addition, the fridge had plastic on it that was a part of the fridge and the plastic was filled of bubble. I would not buy this fridge again but because of the packaging, I cannot return it. The package is held together by strong and once you cut it, it cannot be retied. The fridge works okay so far but Try another product!!!

The only VERY minor issue I have is the logo on the door is applied pretty cheaply; the T has already peeled off and it's bee less than a week, but as for function and space you get (especially the freezer), it's a great buy.
