Great little 2 color printer
Love the printer only drawback I had was taking the paper holder apart was very hard to separate it to reload. A few times though was going to break but over time has gotten easier

One star. For the sturdy box it arrived in.
The Brother QL-810W promised greatness and delivered ruin. A relic from a decaying company. Each feature available in multiple different softwares, each born in a different decade. Code upon code stacked like sediment from ages of bad decisions. To use it is to wander through the ruins of corporate collapse, where once there was innovation and now only committees remain. I spent hours making it connect to WiFi. Hours of my life I will never reclaim. The printer sang its victorious little song. I thought myself delivered from darkness. I was a fool. When at last the beast stirred, it printed slowly, painfully — three labels a minute, each one a sigh from some weary machine spirit. Sometimes it simply stopped, as if ashamed of itself. I envied it that mercy. The specifications promised 110 labels per minute. What arrived was a monument to lies. What emerged was text that looked not printed but suggested, as if the machine were merely hinting at what letters might be if they had the courage to exist. I have used computers for thirty years. I survived the modem wars and the SCSI conflicts. I have installed operating systems on machines that did not wish to run them. But never — NEVER — have I encountered hardware this hostile to its own stated purpose. This is not a printer. It is Dunder Mifflin made manifest in hardware. It is what happens when companies grow too large to die and too bureaucratic to live. Do not buy this device. It sits now in my closet, for even the recycling center deserves better.

Dificult to connect but once you do, its all good
Driver should have come with the software but it does not. finding software is not straight forward. P-Touch software does not recognize serial number. Must use serial you find on google, otherwise p-touch soft will not install. Otherwise no complains.

Wireless is Great
I am a big, big fan of Brother products. You call for tech support and they pick up the phone in 3 rings and really work hard to resolve the issue. I have owned to previous versions of their label makers and this was my first wireless on. I currently have 5 printers on my wireless home network. Anyway, for some reason I could not get the driver to work correctly and with a quick call to tech support we were able to get this printer working flawlessly. The wireless aspect allows me to not have to clump all my printers in one area around my one PC. I would highly recommend this printer.

Great product, Easier to use than Dymo!
Much better than a Dymo! Easier to install, customer support exists! Dymo is a vacuum orifice. IT SUCKS!

Great printer for PCO's Check-in App
We bought three of these printers to go with PCO's Check-In system. We've been using them for almost 6 months. The only problem we had is where one of the printers is located with spotty wifi connections. There is no ability to hardwire the printer, so make sure you have good access points near the printer. Pros: - Easy set up on MacBook with Brother's driver - Connects easily with Planning Center Online's Check-In application - Quality design - Prints quickly - Cuts automatically - Large power brick with long cords - Includes printer to USB jack for a printer cable for easier setup Cons: - If you have spotty internet, you will need to make sure you set the printers up as Static IP Address - No hardwired ethernet cable option (only WiFI) - It would be nice if it has a display screen when you have an error and for set up I highly recommend this Brother printer for anyone who is looking to do digital sign-in and print sticker labels with PCO's Check-In system!
