Excellent product, as expected.

These levelers are really life changing. My husband has been in construction for 40+ years and working in steep mountain areas can make it very difficult and dangerous. He uses the levelers on his ladder a lot and is impressed with the quality and ease of adjusting them. It was not difficult for him to install these since he is a handyman. He asked me to leave a great review because they really have been amazing for his line of work.

All good but, can I replace the parts to go on the floor

This is a good product. It is sturdy and easy to adjust, and I always feel secure on the ladder when using it. However, it did come with one manufacturing defect. One of the two legs on one of the sets I received was not threaded to allow me to screw in the rubber foot, which means the product is unusable. Initially, customer support would not provide a replacement since it was past the "return window" by the time I tried to install the legs. After some complaining, they did try to send a replacement but because of my location (not continental U.S.) they were not able to do so. However, they did issue a partial refund (one of the two sets I received was good).My advice is to inspect all of the units carefully when you receive them, even if you are not going to install them right away. Otherwise, I like the product.

I like the concept, and the components are good quality. But unless they improve something better plan in getting your own nuts, bolts and spacers. And check the legs have been tapped as soon as you take them out of the box. Not like me. I didn’t realize until I’m at the last step…how long is that replacement going to take. Shame how such small details can derail a much bigger machine.Rookie mistake. I should have known better…at least I installed it high enough I can put the original feet back on until I get a replacement.
