Really good brush that sweeps up lots of garden debris in one go

You don’t get what you think you ordered. You get an inferior broom head with a plastic fitting, a pine (not rubberwood) handle and no metal strengthening piece. In short, it is not a Sealey broom, which the listing leads you to believe it is. I got a refund. Save yourself the hassle.

It was perfect for its purpose which was to sweep kiln dried sand into the cracks in the paving to stop weeds growing. The bristles needed to be softer so it allowed the sand to be swept without too much pressure and therefore did the job well. I would recommend for this type of job but not for general outdoor sweeping up.

It is a broom and looks OK but I cannot give it more than 3 stars because it needed repair before use. The screw securing the brace to the handle had fallen out into the packaging. I discovered the reason when I tried to screw it back in. The hole in the handle was too big so impossible to tighten the screw. I fitted one of my own longer screws and that has secured it for now but not sure how long it will last. The packaging is extremely difficult to remove; tightly wrapped very tough plastic. Great protection but it is still clinging to the handle so I will leave that for another day.

Great
