I was advised to store my COVID-19 vaccine card carefully like it was my passport in case I decided to travel or if some institutions/organizations had requirements to see it. I was afraid it would get damaged in my pocket or if I left it out to the elements. I did not know how to protect it until I bought this card holder on Amazon. Voilà! It was a perfect fit! I have already handed them out to my family and friends and they love it!The seller should consider advertising it as a, “CDC Covid-19 card protection sleeve.”I added a picture of my card showing the back.Every one who has the vaccine card should consider getting it.By the way, there were no strings attached to this review.Update: The newly issued CDC cards are slightly larger. No worries, take a scissor and trim the edges. That is what I did for my in-laws and it worked!

We got our Covid vaccine shots and need something to protect the cards. I’ve read people asking if the vaccination cards should be laminated and I think this is a good alternative. It’s heavy duty and its resealable so I know the cards are safe from damage or accidentally falling out. As you can see from the photo, the card fits perfectly (for security reason I took a picture of the back instead).

On the back of your CDC card, in the lower left corner, is a date. If that date is anything before 09/03/2020, then you will probably need the 4.75 x 4 card holder. I received mine a few days ago, and it fit my card perfectly. I work in printing for my office, and I noticed the date on some of the photos, and realized that was why some people had issues, and some had a “perfect fit”.In my own experience, I found it took a little wiggling, and the card worked great. Plan to send them to my parents, since I have so many extra now. Hopefully they don’t have the long cards.

I just received this item today. I was eager to get these name tag holders because I read a review that mentioned they were the perfect size for their COVID 19 Vaccine Card. Thanks to the reviewer, I made this item my choice. The card does fit inside perfectly...after you figure how to open it! This is very sturdy material, but they are next to impossible to open. I ended up actually opening it after using an envelope opener with lots of struggles. That’s my only complaint. If someone knows the secret to getting these things open to insert your item please let me know! Other than that...great product!

Perfect size for medical badges to include ID and professional tag. It’s thick heavy duty plastic with a good zip to seal badge in. I got the large size. Exactly what I was looking for since the one from the hospital is flimsy and dirty inside and out.

I bought this for my 3" x 4" Covid-19 vaccination card. The plastic is sturdy and yet flexible. It opens on one side just above the zip lock closure and I had no problem getting it open. My vaccination card is easy to insert and remove, although I doubt I'll ever have to remove it. If you never intend to wear it with a lanyard, you can easily cut off the top portion of plastic above the zip lock closure to make the holder a bit smaller. I'm very happy with my purchase. I bought a 10 pack, and at 60 cents each, it's a good value. I only needed one holder so I plan to give the extra ones away to family and friends.

I bought this for my CDC COVID vaccine card (The card is 4” W x 3” H) & it fits perfectly! It seals @ the top edge like a zip lock bag to fully protect it.

These 3x4 badge holders are the right size for the US vaccine cards. The seal is a bit tricky to open at first, but it’s similar to a zip lock bag so nothing too difficult. The card will fit, but it helps to just flex the vaccine card slightly and then once inside the holder it is flat.
