Packaging was missing but it appears to be genuine.
I was surprised when this battery arrived wrapped in bubble wrap, and otherwise loose in a box. The red factory packaging shown on the Amazon site was not there, and that packaging had convinced me to order this battery. But, in the end this battery appears to be the real deal and not a counterfeit. Since it arrived a couple of weeks ago, I have been using it almost daily to power my 1/2 inch Milwaukee wrench and it has been working flawlessly so far.

Battery not in original packaging as shown
Product did not arrive with original packaging. Instead, it arrived in a polyethylene bag, so unknown whether previously used.Also, battery sent by USPS Priority Mail without UN3480 label, as required from shipping lithium batteries.

Not in Milwaukee packaging
Item came in a box, and battery was raped in a plastic bag, not in the Milwaukee packaging.It seams to work OK, will see how long it last.
