I have POTS and decided to get this to track my heartrate. It is dead on accurate and helps me know when I'm overdoing it and putting myself at risk. It's easy to set up. If you are American like me, just know it only has the metric or British system. That isn't a problem for me as I prefer metric anyways but not everyone uses it. My only complaint is that it is not very comfortable. The strap is sorta sticky and leaves marks on my skin after wearing. It also very quickly get dirty so I will be looking into a replacement strap. Other than that it's great

GREAT GIFT FOR SIS

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It worked for less than a month and then quit. Super frustrating. She was so excited to finally have her own watch just to have it quit.

LOOKS AND WORKS GOOD

the watch battery died after one week, the screen went black and could not be recovered with the app. it was a total waist of time to get this watch.

This watch is great for battery life, tracking sleep and getting notifications. However it’s very inaccurate for working out and tracking calories burned.
