I started purchasing these heat patches last year and I can't tell you how much I love them. Easy to activate and the adhesive holds to fabric well. I was working in a nursing facility when I first purchased them; walking around all day and they still stayed put providing great relief. Just the right amount of heat lasting a little longer that 8 hours!

These are super cute. Wish I had these growing up! My daughter loves them. But it gets warm! So we use a small towel as well.

Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it flops on the underwear cause it heavy I guess. But with that being said, it definitely helps the period cramps.

Love these things just wish I could get more bulk not just 3 or 6.

Since these have a sticky side that you can stick to clothing or under clothes, it's great for when you need heat to help with cramps, but are out and about. Simple and easy to use as well! I haven't tracked just how long they actually stay warm for, but at least 4-5 hours.

These patches are soooo small. I get menstrual pain all the way up to my navel and out to my groin, and these just barely cover where my angry uterus supposedly is. The picture shows how little it covers. For reference, I’m 5’4” weigh about 130, size 6/M underwear or pants. I’m not tiny, but I’m also not large.I had bought two of these packages because I was anticipating many days of pain, but actually ended up blowing through both packages in a few days, because I had to stick two patches in my underwear, to fill out the space I needed to heat.They also don’t get or stay all that warm, and the adhesive is weak so it peels out of my underwear every time I go to the bathroom.I won’t be buying these again. I’ve had better luck with a popular brand that makes a similar wrap- I now use the one for back/hip. They are larger and stay warmer.

I get super bad cramps to the point where I’m taking a pill as soon as that 6 hour mark comes. I thought these would bring relief and I think they may have, I just wish they would heat more. I don’t think it helped my pain at all but it feels nice to have something warm on your tummy when cramps start. Just careful if you’re wearing loose clothing because it doesn’t stick super well, it fell down my leg when I was wearing sweats and I had a mint heart attack because I thought there was a literal rat running down my leg.
