I was so excited about this little tool from sram, but it's broken on arrival. I used it anyways, tool is simple to use, does the job well, however, this is made with very cheap plastic. Why not use polycarbonate for water bottles? That would have been a good and inexpensive choice considering how many water bottles being thrown away every day. Very disappointed. Need a refund. Update: I felt bad leaving a bad review and thought I should give an update. Contacted seller, they are very professional! One of the nicest response I have gotten from a 3rd party seller. Received a brand new one within days. This tool might not be of best quality, but it is usable even if its broken, and it's a must have tool. Overall: This tool is 4 stars - great design, bad quality. Seller service - 5 stars

Excellent little tool to help perfect rear mech setup. Easy to use and saves an awful lot of messing about, you'd never get the B tension set this accurately by eye. One for the toolbox for years to come, couldn't be without it now.
