Literally works as it should
This docking station is great. It’s small so you can fit it behind your computer or hidden somewhere else (note that the cord to connect to your computer is a little short). I can plug in my mouse and keyboard and monitor. It’s not powerful enough to charge my phone but it does allow for it to connect.The only issue I have is with the placement of the ports on it but that’s nothing.

One gadget to rule them all
This little multi-port puck has been absolutely awesome from a work perspective. When traveling it allows me to plug a single USB-C connection into my XPS laptop and then plug whatever I need into this little guy and it's off to the races. There is no lag, no connectivity issues, it just plain works.Then when done, simply unplug it and wind the cord inside by spinning the top, drop it in the bag and go. For something smaller than the power brick it can't be beat for functionality.
