Didn’t know I needed this as badly as I did until it arrived today and I used it immediately on my back & R IT Band.I had surgery on my IT Band 2 times ~ the doctor never suggested this roller. Huh??? I’m supposing he didn’t know about it. 🤦‍♀️ SMHTWO SURGERIES! I believe it is a strong possibility I did NOT have to go under the knife.Nevertheless I have this now & can work this out in time at my convenience in my own home.I must note, there is some pain that goes along with using this, but I strongly believe this roller will work it out correctly and completely.Is lightweight, and very durable. It’s VERY hard; but you need it to be that hard in order to work out the kinks. Stick with it.100% worth your money & health.

Love it.I mainly use it to roll on for my back. Helps get the cracks and kinks out. The roller was cheap and worth every penny! I love it!

Great size for my physical therapy exercise. A little too firm but after looking up more from this company I see that I ordered the wrong one. It still works good and I’ve found additional exercises I can do with a firm one. Good for removing knots in shoulders, upper and lower back and legs. Decent price.

This foam roller has been great! It's lightweight for moving around but also firm and sturdy. It holds its shape under daily use. I like to use this for foam roller Pilates workouts and for general stretching. It's a bit dense for things where you might roll your shins across, bug maybe I just have boney shins. 🤣 It comes in fun color choices, ships quickly and arrives in excellent condition.

This is my first time using this type of product. I started searching for this product when I started having pain on the left side of my bottom that was shooting down my leg. After researching exercises to help relieve the pain in my muscles, especially piriformis, I kept seeing recommendations for a foam roller to use in these exercises. I searched on Amazon and found this one to have promising reviews and ordered it. I’m so glad I did. It has really helped with the pain and I’m continuing to use every day. It will be something I use consistently to keep this kind of pain from happening again. It is very firm, not much give at all, but from what I understand, it’s supposed to be. I tried a tennis ball, which can be used for these exercises and found it way too painful. The foam roller for me is a better alternative and does not cause as much pain while using. It is bigger in circumference than I realized, but makes it easy to balance on to get a good massage on the affected muscles. You can’t go wrong with this one!

I love love love this. Great back roller. I had a softer roller but it went squishy after two months. I tried one of the expensive narrow firm plastic rollers with a neoprene cover, and it was great when it worked but it was too difficult to use.This is perfect. It felt too hard at first, but it softens a bit with use, and now it’s just perfect.
