Large Cooler Bag (Black) 18x12x10 Inches

This cooler is a wonderful cooler for everyday use. It is lightweight, well-constructed and easy to clean. The extra liner is a nice addition in case we ever need it. The cooler also has an adjustable shoulder strap, which is a nice feature. Overall, it is the perfect cooler for our needs.

Product has 2 compartments but only the bottom one is insulated, leaving you with only a 18" x 8" x 10" insulated area, which is 33% less than advertised area of the bag. The top 4" separate uninsulated area is useless for food/beverages!Also, the new bag smells awful, like burned rubber/plastic! Had to take it outside as it was smelling up my whole house and making my family sick! And it had a broken zipper too!I will be returning this ASAP!

I am flight crew, and I was looking for a VERY LARGE cooler bag because I am gone for 4 or 5 days at a time. In terms of size, this bag fits the bill PERFECTLY. HOWEVER, that's pretty much where its usefulness ends for my purposes. The bag is thin and has no structure, so everything tends to sag in the middle when lifting it. I have to alternate between wrapping the strap and handles around my add a bag hook because there is no trolley sleeve. I am certainly not deducting stars for that, because it isn't advertised as a crew bag, I just wanted others to be aware in case they are considering it. After just a week or so of use, the strap and handles are already showing signs of stress, so I know I won't be able to use this for work for very long. Again, no stars are deducted because I am not using it as it was intended. Under normal conditions these issues may not exist.The bag is huge, which I love, and holds food for 5 days, which saves me lots of money and keeps me from dining out on unhealthy options. The top section and front pocket are awesome, and mimic my other crew bag, only larger :-). Both are very roomy. These sections are useful for snacks, condiment packets and other things that don't need to be kept cold. In the main compartment, my food stays cold with the 2 gel packs and the lock and lock container of ice that I use, but I did find that my ice melted 3/4 of the way after 8 hours. I usually have virtually no melted ice in my other bag in the same amount of time. Granted, the other bag is much smaller, but it is also lined with a thicker material. I do wish this bag were of a sturdier construction and had a solid base to keep my containers from sagging in the middle. Hopefully some company will see this and recognize and fulfill this need because the current crew bags on the market are simply TOO SMALL to hold 5 days worth of food.In spite of this bag falling short for my needs, I must give MAJOR KUDOS to the company for their customer service. My bag arrived without the additional replacement liner. I sent an email to them, and received a prompt response and a replacement liner within days. Very seldom does a company bother to care enough to respond immediately, and its a near miracle if they take responsibility and resolve the issue. I THANK YOU VERY MUCH HOME STOCK FOR YOUR STELLER CUSTOMER SERVICE.If you are reading this, please consider making a TRUE crew bag in this size or larger that is a sturdier, heavier weight fabric, with a solid base and a thicker internal liner. A trolley sleeve would be icing on the cake. Create such a bag, and I would be your first customer and spread the news to the traveling world at large :-)

This is great for me as wheelchair user who rides bus. I put meats in cooler and I feel it's safer then just plastic bags in my tote bags. Highly recommend. Much roomer than you think. I can lay 3 2-liter diet cokes in this and still have a little room.

Great, portable, light cooler. We use this as a second cooler on road trips and it works great! Fits lots of produce/groceries. And so much easier to carry than bulky, heavy, solid-sided coolers.

Really no stars from me! Got this as a gift for my husband and now can no longer return this useless cooler! Description never said anything about not using ice. This bag leaks everywhere! Even using ice packs, they sweat and leak through. Very upset I wasted my money on what I thought would be a nice gift!

Barely kept my food and stuff insulated/cold and i had plenty of ice packs in there and they didnt last long.

This cooler is the perfect size for us--great for long road trips and beach snacks when you want to keep your sandwiches, yogurts, and drinks cool and easy to access. The adjustable strap makes it easy for carrying. I love all the compartments to keep utensils, dry food, napkins, etc. It's also wonderful that it comes with a 2nd liner in case of spills.
