Size of the caplets is enormous
I bought these because a previous reviewer said they are not horse sized and easy to swallow. Well I strongly disagree. Please look at my photo of the size on a regular teaspoon. I got them on automatic repurchase as I plan to use them for the next 3 months and get monthly blood tests as well to monitor if it stabilises or helps with lowering my cholesterol. As I cannot use them as they are I mix them into my muesli. They are nearly tasteless. Dont try to take them in the pure powder form on a spoon unless you want to turn your mouth chalky. I mix mine with a little bit of warm water or milk and take it like that. Then wash it down with a tea or coffee.I really wish they make them a lot smaller. I don’t know why they put all those fillers in, they are not needed.

Actually worked
These actually worked. I combined them with a garlic supplement and red yeast extract and within month my cholesterol levels came back to normal from being high. This was confirmed by two privately paid for blood tests(before and after). For the price, they are worth it. I should also add I improvedy diet as well. But with all things like this, there is no wonder pill, but combining them with garlic, and red yeast extract with a cleaner diet really worked for me.I don't think they are something you should take permanently, so personally I'm going to cycle them every 6months.

To soon to tell
Hoping these will nudge my cholesterol down a little bit from my current 5.0 total. I'll get my cholesterol retested in 6 months and see what's happened.Easy to take capsules.

Not really one a day
Same as MK has said... make's out it's one a day but I think 2 g a day is recommended..so you're need 2 to 3 a day...a massive difference.

Uncertainty
I’ve read about these Plant Sterols in the past & I remember reading of how they are helpful for high cholesterol, I didn’t really pay too much attention as high cholesterol was certainly not a problem for the younger extremely healthy version of myself waaayy back then. Now reading up on this type of supplement again I read that they help reduce cholesterol to a degree but you’ve got to put in the exercise so that got me thinking ‘Well Why Not Just Put In The Exercise & Lose The Tablets? (if you can?!) that’s just common sense. Now recently I’ve been told my cholesterol is rather high putting me at danger/risk of a Stroke & a Heart-Attack now I can’t do heart racing exercises due to basically full blown osteoporosis I just fracture (“it was the kids, they called me Mr.Glass”) so I bought these tablets for added help as I do not eat takeaways or eat ready meals everything that I eat I make fresh so the high cholesterol diagnosis was a bit of a shocker! Now everywhere I’ve read in books & online recently they all say the exact same thing from studies from around the world & that’s that these Plant Sterols Supplement Tablets do help to tackle cholesterol levels to a degree (what I read all of those years ago) but there’s absolutely no proof at all that they help in anyway whatsoever with help reducing the risk of a Stroke or a Heart-Attack so that got me thinking well what’s the point in them?! And it also got me thinking “If they do help with low amounts of cholesterol surely they aid with previously mentioned?” but there’s no proof at all of reduced risk of Stroke or Heart-Attack!I’ll carry on taking one or two a day (the packaging reads that you can take up to three a day so 90 Tablets per pack doesn’t necessarily mean that they’ll last for 90 days!) yeah so I’ll take one or two a day & continue to eat freshly made meals, but many could just quit the junk food & go for a run or a ride, a swim & be pretty much completely cholesterol free & ultimately a lot healthier on a whole.
