Takaratomy Beyblade Burst B-79 Starter Drain Fafnir.8.Nt Beyblade God Layer System with Launcher Stater set

This beyblade is the best one i have and is super cool, the rubber on the side helps it to spin steal (speed up when hit by right spin bey) it spin steals better than any other bey, however, there is one thing you should know when using this bey, the spin stealing works better the slower you launch sometimes if you are counting on the spin steal ability to win you might want to just launch with your hand like Free does in the show. Over all this is a brilliant bey, shipping was great and i would definetly recomend this bey to any blader.p.s launching with your hand actually works

This Bey is a beast. The launcher it comes with is tiny and weak but that's all you need. The drain effect is crazy and over powered. This bey can even win if you hand spin it. It's left spinning and rubber bumpers help it do that a lot. I haven't lost yet with this bey. The driver it comes with is wierd probably would switch it with a better stamina one

I like Drain Fafnir because it can burst four bays at a time and Drain Fafnir can get spun by hand and it can still burst other bays.Drain Fafnir can pick up the speed of other bays by hand and launcher.The top of Drain Fafnir is so strong because its top goes in, and out to do a double strike and burst the bays.

This is what I think about B-79 Starter, Drain Fafnir or Dwarf Prince :D. It is an AWESOME bey, and the spin stealing ABSOLUTELY DESTROYS EVERYTHING! I fought a B-100 Starter Spriggan Requiem, and SOMEHOW, it got bursted by the Dwarf Prince! Well, I give it 5 thumbs up and 5 stars!

This summary will be about B-79 Starter Drain Fafnir [8. Nt.]. This beyblade is a stamina type, a left spinning beyblade, and the 4th beyblade in the God Layer System, with a special feature. This is composed with a: Sticker sheet, instruction manual, Proto Left launcher & ripcord, the god layer, disc, and the driver(performance tip). To start off, the driver known as Nothing (Nt) is a stamina driver that is spring-loaded. This driver allows this beyblade to absorb both the shock and the friction when it starts spinning/during in the stadium. This is the first driver to ever have a spring in the driver. The second part is the disc known as 8. Unlike other God beyblades, this one in particular does not come with a frame wheel. However, you can use any frame wheels for the 8 disc. Because without any frame wheel, the 8 disc feels quite light which is NOT too much of an issue. And lastly, the god layer is known as Drain Fafnir. This god layer is a left spinning layer that has a special feature that is both new in the burst system but old in the beyblade franchises, the spin-stealing feature. This layer has rubber(dark blue) on each of the 3 incredible dragon designs in the layer. The rubber allows it to steal spin from a beyblade with normal rotation (spinning clockwise) that allows it to absorb spin for it's own benefits. Just like any other god layers, this beyblade has a chip in the center with a reverse F with a dragon artwork. However unlike any other stamina beyblades, this one has a downside. Unlike other stamina, balance, and maybe a defense beyblade, this layer only has 3 teeth which is very unusual for a stamina layer beyblade where a stamina layers have 4 teeths. But the sidenote however, the teeths are very much like an attack type beyblade (which also have 3 teeths, but very tall and good), since most left-spinning beyblades are pretty powerful. The side, this beyblade also includes a cut-out for a bluetooth beylogger, an instruction manual along with a stickers for Drain Fafnir and a proto launcher for left-spinning beyblades (which is useful for Dragoon S). So my final verdict for this beyblade, I am very much impressed with this beyblade, but I wished that the rubbers to be more exposed so that the spin-stealing feature can work better. Because the spin-stealing feature is not as too accurate and the rubber is too hard, I'd have to give this a 4 stars rating. Also, the Nothing driver is not as too impressive for other people(s)(unless the driver also was upgraded with bearings in it's driver's mechanism). Do not get me wrong or bad ideas. This beyblade is not too bad, since there are other combos that can make this beyblade powerful and tanky (tough) (this beyblade burst other beyblades pretty well). If you do not like this proto launcher, you can either get the light left launcher, or the string launcher from Lost Longinus starter. That's about it for this review/summary of B-79 Drain Fafnir [8.Nt.].Fun FactThe reason I titled this review/summary dwarf is because Fafnir was originally a dwarf who was cursed pretty badly. Because of his/it's change from the curse, Fafnir became too greedy from his treasures with his own benefits.

If you have done your research on this thing, you should know that this bey is an over powered beast. It will beat the rest of your beyblades even if you hand spin it. This beyblade is so good, I would have to even say the only competition for it is going against metal beyblades instead of the burst series.

Looks as pictured. Quality is better than most other beys found on Amazon, but not as good as other Takara Tomy beys we’ve bought in the past.The green center circle on top won’t re-attach. My child insisted it was re-attachable after it “bursts” apart, but apparently it is NOT re-attachable and is actually just broken.The bey itself (the 3 main pieces) can be put back together and used as expected, but that one small piece just isn’t going back in.

Came in original box with all of the proper stuff; papers, stickers, some kind of code thingy. 9 yr old son paid for with his own money and I did not want to get a fake since there are so many out there, it seems. This was the real deal and I am so glad because it would have really hurt my heart to see him disappointed.
