OK, I was going to wait one more week to write a review on these pills but I could not wait. I had to help someone else! If your suffering from knee pain please get these pill. Over the last year I have slowly developed Osteoarthritis in my left knee and now the disease process has been very debilitating and depressing for me. I am only 43 years old and I'm very active but the years of running and the fact that my grandmother had this same type of arthritis brought the disease on early in my life. I scheduled an appointment to see the rheumatologists over 6 months ago but I had to wait because that how long it takes to get an appointment as a new patient. Meanwhile, at home I was hopping around and confine to the house with a swollen knee and severe pain. Basically any form of exercise would cause severe pain in my knee and the fluid was so bad it would swell. Most of the time I could not even sleep at night because I was in so much pain. I tried all the OTC topical creams and I also tried glucosamine chondroitin which is suppose to be good for replacing cartlidge in the joints. I also tried this product at Walmart called Triple flex and nothing worked! It just got worst! So one day my boyfriend was reading MSN on his phone and he saw "Instaflex" which was highly recommended for people with knee issues such as mine. So, I read one of the reviews from another person who also bought this product that was on the verge of having a knee replacement and he said he didn't have to have the surgery after taking these pill, so I said what do I have to lose. I was so desperate for some relief. Well, these pills worked almost the same day. I could not believe it! I finally got my life BACK! I can workout again and ride my bike again. I am so happy. I will say this, I have not had any side effects from taking these pills and also I don't really have to take 3 pills. The recommended dose is 3 pills per day but 2 has been working just fine for me. I wish you all best of luck, try it you have nothing to lose.

I was injured 2 years ago in a fall from a ladder at work. My knee required several operations, which did not help. Was told I need a knee replacement due to soft tissue and bone joint damage, but I need to wait 10 years due to my age. The doctors prescribed Celebrex and some narcotics, it maintained the pain for awhile, but I got severe anxiety attacks and chest pains from the Celebrex. I got a spam email about Instaflex, and instead of dumping it as usual, I read it due to my severe joint pain. Needless to say I ordered the supplement from Amazon after reading that a majority of reviewers got relief. I am so glad i tried this, after the first pill within an hour, my pain went from an average daily level of 8-9, to 1 or zero!!!! Now after a few weeks of only taking 1 pill per day (I have a small frame) I have almost zero pain on a daily basis. ZERO pain except when I wake up, before the pill. My wife has severe rheumatoid arthritis, so I asked her to try Instaflex since the results for me were so good, she has reduced her daily pain from 9 to about 3-4, spectacular, since the Australian docs had her on oxy's for years. As of today, I have barely had even a tylenol, and NO narcotics at all! for weeks!! As a double bonus, as some other reviewers commented, I feel like a teenager again!!! I'm 45 and have been feeling like 17 ever since I started taking Instaflex. Try this stuff....Amazon has a good return policy if it doesn't work for you, You'll be glad you did!! ****Revised this on 2/13 to 3 stars. After a few months taking this, I stared having excruciating elbow pain, to the point that I could barely lift my arms. Stopped taking instaflex, and in a week or so, it went away and has not returned. I'm not blaming instaflex for the elbow pain, awfully coincidental that it went away after I stopped. Could be a side effect be since I took Celebrex for a year, then stopped, who knows. I wont be reordering any more.

I have severe daily back & leg pain. Took Intafex for one month. I was very apprehensive that it was going to help. I have tried so many different products that did absolutely nothing that I didn’t have any confidence in it , but decided to give it a try. After about 10 or 12 day I got a great deal of relief I couldn’t believe it. I felt like my old self. I thought it was a miracle. Ordered more.

First, am a retired Doc, of 30+ yrs.. Practice specialty was injuries & chronic pain. So know pain chemistry well inside body & external meds/remedies used. But, this formula, or bottle at least, had horrible reactions!! Wife & I took it for 2 days just now, as an experiment, as we both have different joint/bone/muscle actual disabilities now, but are different. So, an experiment to see how it worked. After 2 days, both were in global joint pain, all over, all major joints! Not less, as this is intended, & i KNOW the ingredients DO WORK as described individually...as have used them before....but not in this all in one combo. So, joints hurt more, to a point was painful to move around & grasp things! Yup that bad, in just 2 days, of 3 capsules/day, as they noted. And, there was a skin itching sensation too, that implies an allergic reaction, to something in this formula. Also, felt cold, as the body felt like it could not get warm. All these symptoms, are a reactive set of "side effect reactions", to this formula. NOT GOOD at all!! In fact, potentially dangerous, imo. So, was going to return it, but this item is not returnable! So, money down the drain...following this capsules down the trash!! So, do not reco this formulation at all!! BUT, do reco the individual components, as they do work as they noted, & research shows that...so, their sources are not good, or manufacturing is not. Either way, will never buy these again! 👎

after about 3 weeks noticed a big difference in hips and knees, forgot what pain free was like!

I know that the product works, so instead of ordering it from the USA, I thought it would be cheaper getting it through Amazon.
