Started taking these today and found them a quality product. The powder dissolves easily, tastes good, and I’ll amend my review if the product works as advertised with weight loss as my goal

Shift makes a product that really does kick start your keto numbers. I wanted to get into ketosis fast and I drank this for 3 days during my fast. I was in ketosis after the 3rd day versus taking close to week or more. However, it was really hard for me to drink at first. It has a really strong artificial flavor and the stevia sweetner just is overly sweet. However, after the second day, I diluted it with more water (16oz vs 10oz recommendation), it was easier to drink and I kept it like that. The powder mixes well in water and dissolves almost instantly. I love that there's a variety of flavors because I couldn't tolerate the black cherry flavor, but the lemonade flavor was much better to my liking. Overall, it does what it says, but only 4 stars because of the artificial flavoring.

Tastes excellent. But unfortunately it’s just too expensive. I’m really going to have to make these flavor packets last. I mix with instant tea + lemon.

I've been using this product for over 3 months as I like to make sure I like or dislike a product before I give any feedback. I've been on a Keto diet for over 2 years and have achieved my goal weight. I don't do a cheat day; I do more of a 3-day cheat. When I go off Keto for that length of time, I usually gain 5 to 8 pounds and it takes me close to 2 weeks to lose that weight. Not anymore!!! At the most, I will now gain about a pound which is gone by the next day. Yes, drinking these drinks has made that big of a difference. I, however, don't get any energy boost from them at all, not even the caffeinated ones. That's fine with me. Being able to take in more carbs and being able to eat more foods that I enjoy has made a huge difference to me. They can cause diarrhea at first if you drink a whole one. I cut back to half for the first few days. I only drink the other half at night if I've taken in too many carbs that day. I had complained about the caffeinated peach one at first but if you add more water, it tastes really good.

I’m on keto and my weight loss came to a complete stop when I started taking these Shift packets. These did cause my ketones to increase from 1.1 mmol/L to 1.6 mmol/L. My body saw the ketones increase then it caused my body to stop burning fat to make ketones. It thought it had enough. I gained 2 Lbs everyday for 3 days. This is extremely frustrating. I stopped using it and starting losing weight again.

Honestly, compared to the Ketone-IQ, the impact on performance was far less. Also tastes pretty awful.

I have lost 82 pounds since 2021 and have been maintaining it with the help of these ketones. They help with appetite control, energy, mental focus -- just all around good feeling. I use them twice a day, and they are delicious and do the job they claim they do!! I will not stop buying these ketones -- there are several other flavors that are also delicious, as well. Excellent product!! There are other brands that I have tried that some are at least three times more expensive, and these actually make me feel so much better than the other ones did!! Highly recommend this product!!
