these have been such a game changer! as someone with flat feet & back problems, most shoes were causing tremendous pain while walking. adding insoles to them has made a world of difference and made all my shoes comfortable again. i bought one to try & loved them so much i purchased more for my other shoes. highly recommend

i have problems with my achilles because i have flat feet. ive been waiting for a podiatry appointment to get some orthotics made but i bought these figuring maybe it will help me not hobble around like my leg is broken. they do help. my heel only hurts maybe 1-2 days of the week vs every day. they are comfortable but they take up my shoe they are so thick. my shoes that the backs usually reach, i dunno, the top of my ankle, where shoe ankles should reach, with these insoles in my heel is so high in my shoe my shoe can skip off pretty easily. makes me feel like im wearing those flats that were popular in the early 2000s. so it helps with my ankle pain but definitely cannot go above a walk in these bad boys. if somethings chasing me im gonna be barefoot

I wish I had purchased these insoles sooner! They were super easy to insert into my shoes and have stayed perfectly positioned throughout months of use. Walking and running feel so much more comfortable now—no more sore feet at the end of the day. Plus, they even add a little bit of height, which is a nice bonus! The best part is how affordable they are, especially considering the difference they make. If you have feet like mine and need extra support, these are an absolute must-buy. Highly recommend!

They are comfortable as far as the walking part, but they are very tall in heel. This causes two problems in dress shoes. One, they lift your heel too much so the shoe becomes like a flip-flop, Also this increases the tension on the top of your foot. In addition when you put your foot inside, because of the tight squeeze, it pulls your socks very tight against your toes. This eventually creates holes in your socks, and is uncomfortable. So you should only buy these if you have plenty of space in your shoe.

Incredibly helpful for people like me, who are over 200lbs, have overpronation and whom don't stand straight. I found that I would stand with my ankle bent (like I was close to rolling my ankle). This helped with that. I also have low arches and this helps my feet from hurting for 6+ hours of standing on my feet at work.

I have been wearing the wrong shoe size for years (too small) and recently got my foot scanned and found out that I overpronate. I have flat feet so I have always veered away from arch support because orthotics typically hurt my feet. These feel really great and are more so there to help stabilize your ankle. Yes, it will be uncomfortable at first because you will be using your foot/ankle complex in a way you haven’t been, but you will be in alignment. I purchased custom insoles at a national running company chain for $150 and returned them because these offer more stabilizing ankle support. I highly recommend these.

Tried these for a long period. They do help marginally but the design is flawed as another review mentioned (and I should have listened but got carried away from the high star reviews). This is really designed for a size 8 and extended to be “one size fits all”. As such, the arch support for me wearing size 11 is about 1/2-3/4 of an inch short of where it needs to be. Thats a big gap! Rendering this useless for anyone wearing anything past 8-9 shoe size. I trusted the brand name but they cut corners here big time.
