So worth the buy. Excellent knives, sharp and they do a very good job at cutting my meat. We buy beef in bulk and slice our own steaks & such. These knives do the trick. They do a great job at slicing.

All the “prime” steaks from this box are the worst example of prime I have ever seen. Not worth the cost at all to have this delivered. Almost 0 marbling in each of these cuts. 10/10 will never purchase from Grumpy Butcher again.

i received this set as a surprise. the steaks cooked ideally & i decided to order another pack once we finished the box.

I ordered 8 strip steaks. The meat was more tender than filet mignon, very fresh, lightning fast shipping and at a decent price. One or two minor gripes tho - they came packaged 4 steaks to a package partially frozen while I prefer individually wrapped steaks. Also, one package of 4 steaks appeared to be a tangled mess of cut meat rather than "steak" steaks. It's still delicious but if I saw the presentation in local butcher shop I would have passed it by.

Not too happy with final product. Marbling and cuts were not consistent with each other. Could have gone to a local grocery store and bought better steaks. The steaks arrived unfrozen and needed to be cooked right away.

This is the first time I have order meat to be delivered. I expected the meat to be frozen upon arrival, but it wasn’t. It was packaged well and did have ice packs. Not sure if it had just thawed from shipping. I haven’t cooked the meat, but for 17$ a strip, it better be dang good! It’s fairly pricey in my opinion, but I am hoping for good quality and tenderness. I doubt at this point, unless the meat is absolutely delicious, I would order meat to be delivered again. I’ll just go to the supermarket and save some money. The meat being thawed upon arrival, just make me nervous. I’m not blaming the seller necessarily and maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to be, or it could have been Amazon letting the package sit too long.
