I bought these good looking taps for my new home but that's the only good thing about it. 😶Taps should be heavy duty and sturdy to last for a long time. Moreover, it should withstand the corroding nature of water due to the uncertainty of its hardness.This tap is of the worst kind. Do not go for beauty and get taps which will give you good results over time. Below are some negative points as per my experience after less than a months usage.1. Very lightweight. Made of substandard material2. Got rusted after 10 days of installation3. Water was leaking from the base and the joint where the mouth meets the body. The aerator also got rusted.4. After complaining to Pixaflo, their response was late and they responded after 15days. By that time the return window had also closed.5. The washers are not good and gathered algae die to water leakage.6. Tap gets water stains easily which are hard to clean.I would advise buyers to go for premium brands to get the most out of their products.

Decent product,good looking. But found a very very tiny hole at the handle and causing water spill
Decent product, good looking. But reduced the rating after 2 months since the product had developed a very very tiny hole(smaller than a safety pin tip) at the handle and water was leaking drop by drop due to water pressure. Had to close it with Fevikwick gel. But otherwise had no issues in general.

Stay away from this product. Within 3 months it started leaking. Now I’m struggling for the warranty. So I request you stay away and don’t buy this product
