Very fast delivery, very heavy solid brass looks expensive.

Used the product to lift my cellar trap-door. Item was good. Delivery was rubbish, as usual. "Item handed to occupant" was a LIE. Was leant against my front door, didn't even bother to put it through the letter box. Took me a while to spot it!

Mechanically it seems good but it should not be arriving scratched up.

Fitted to a removable pipe cover under a newly fitted boiler to ease removal for boiler service. Well matched to original kitchen fittings.

Thought this was for a pack of 2 handles, confusing advert, handle ok, black finish scratched off in a few places from the start, one handle not worth the price, very over priced, my mistake thinking I was getting 2 handles for the price.

Trap door fits perfectly was easy to install great price arrived promptly very happy with purchase.
