Good AC

Good product and good service.

The AC is good. Efficient and quick cooling withing minutes. Low noise operation even outdoor unit is quite which is nice. However I had a pathetic experience while making it work. After waiting for 4 days and chasing Daikin customer care over phone and twitter, A team arrived in evening and started the installation. After 2 hours of effort, they were able to place both units on wall but none of them worked while electric supply seemed okay. The next day, after 24 hours, another team arrived which was unable to detect what was the fault? They were only able to figure out that the previous guy did wrong connections within units. Then the third team arrived which was finally able to detect that some switch was cut due to wrong wiring and power supply in the indoor unit PCB. So finally, after 5 days, the AC was up and running while I already started to doubt my purchase of Daikin AC.

Don't buy this product, not cooling and also not support remote. Finally i suggested every one that do not buy this product. poor quality. Waste of money.

This product i bought that it would be super silent but i found that it is less silent than a window AC. However for a 20 by 15 room its cooling efficiency is superb. I particularly like its CONDA feature in which the flow of cold air from AC is towards the ceiling and then it moves down making the room cool yet not make it chilling. Its installation was also quite a hassle and did take place only when i resorted to tweeting to the higher officials of Daikin. But in the class of split ACs i think it is not a bad product overall. If it was really silent i would have been happier.
